Story
Jasmin is a jolly lab mix about 3 years old and 47 pounds. Jasmin would do best in a quiet neighborhood where she can be dotted on as the princess of the household. She is a very sweet girl but has not had a lot of experience with suburban life so it can be a bit overwhelming for her. A rural house in the country with lots of land would be a dream for this country girl! She would settle for a fenced in yard alternatively. Our adult dog adoption fee is $350 which includes each animal is fixed, up to date on core vaccines, microchipped, heartworm &/or 4dx tested, kept on monthly preventions, and dewormed. Dougie looks like a chunky lab puppy, but his coat is soft and fluffy, almost like a Golden Retriever. Whatever he is, he is totally a-dork-able! He loves following you around. He’s not a jumper or barker, especially for a pup his age! He’s very chill, enjoys playing with the other pups, and hanging out inside with us when we are working. He’s used to kids and cats too! He goes out on a schedule and knows to go outside. He’s just an easy, chill puppy! He was found abandoned in a neighborhood near ours! Poor boy is ready to find his forever family! 1000% Personality Plus! Message us for more info! RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Story
Meet Porter. Porter is a purebred Labrador Retreiver. He is about a year and half old and he weighs about 60 lbs. Porter loves to play with other dogs and he will do best in a home with another friendly dog for him to play with and a fenced in yard. Porter was never on a leash in or left his previous home so he is scared on a leash or outside his home. Porter will need a home without children. He gets a little too excited and knocks them down. Porter is mostly housebroken but does have some accidents once and while. He is still young and likes to chew on boxes etc. So he does need lots of appropriate things for him to chew on. Porter is now neutered, up to date with vaccines and microchipped. He tested negative for heartworm and has been started on heartworm prevention. His adoption fee is $350.00. If you are interested in adopting Porter, please visit our website www.lharinc.org go to Adopt and complete the dog adoption application.  ##1985454##

Story
Landry is one of those sadly and insane stories of a dog spending month after month at a small rural shelter and constantly facing the chance of being the next one euthanized.  The shelter workers were determined to not let that happen.  They fought and they finally won the threat of him never leaving when they found a foster lady to take Landry and keep him safe out of the shelter and helping him search for a home.  This boy was so upset at the shelter because it is not a good environment to live when you just want to play and run and of course there is no room to do that in a small kennel!  The shelter people KNEW that Landry was a dog they needed to help save.  Yes he is a Pitbull mix…but his heart is that of a Golden Retriever temperament. Landry has proven himself to be a great boy and just as friendly and loving with people as a Golden Retriever would be.  He is exceptional with kitties and EXCELLENT with other dogs! This boy just wants to have fun and help everyone around him to enjoy life together with him.  Landry is already neutered, HW-, has 4 rounds of vaccines currently and rabies all done!! He’s 100% ready for his forever home! He does great sleeping in a crate at night and loves snuggle and belly rub time!! Landry is 40ish pounds, and is truly NOT a big dog at all. He’s a short stocky boy that is estimated to be around 8 months. If you have a heart to save and love a Pittie mix then Landry will NOT disappoint.  Let’s get this boy into a forever home fast so he can bond with his family and have the best life possible!!   Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue about giving Landry a new home. Email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMarch 26, 2024, 11:20 pm

Story
Look at our little precious girl that we call Sissy and she is a Fairy Princess!  She wears her charming necklace with pride and what a lover she is.  This dog is the definition of Puppy Love for her master.  She is pure love and tenderness and she looks at everyone with a sweetness offered to cheer up their day.  As you can see, she lays on the floor just cuddling with the young human girl in the foster home.  Sissy delights in being your BFF.  To say she worships her people is an understatement;  children, adults, she is all about everyone that needs love.  Sissy is giving love every day, 24/7.  She is great with other dogs and we imagine that a cat could be her best friend too!  Love is the center of her spirit and soul.  Our voluptuous girl came from a tragic life where she and two others were kept in a filthy outside pen that only offered her dirty water to drink and very little food.  Two of the other dogs were just days away from dying from starvation.  Fortunately, some rescue ladies jumped in and took them out of that awful pen and took them home to rehabilitate.  They were scared to death of new environments and new people.  They had never been around but one person in their life.  Slowly and steadily everyone has been loved back to a place of trust and calm.  Sissy has a slight thyroid deficiency and she is a little round girl due to the imbalance.  She is on Thyroid meds which are super cheap actually!  Sissy is taking one little pill daily and doing great!  We are looking for a person or family who have little girls who want to play dress-ups maybe, or to cuddle while watching a great movie or football game in the coming Fall season.  Sissy is the kind of dog that isn't high on the runway model breed, but has the beauty pageant of dog award for 'Most Congeniality and Kind' prize.  She has the character of heart that will win your love and support because she is so very special.  She will never be a jogging partner but she will gladly grace the foot of your bed to sleep the night away and dream of heavenly days ahead.  She is housebroken, walks great on a leash and truly is  the perfect dog.   Sissy is a mix of who knows how many breeds, Lab, Beagle, Hound, and is 4 years old and 47 pounds, all due to a Thyroid imbalance.  This girl is ready for a great home! Please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.March 26, 2024, 11:20 pm

Story
Jack Spratt is 6 years old Loverboy thst makes friends everywherehe goes.  He is such a combination of great breeds and his DNA profile is probably everything but the kitchen sink. For now let's say Lab/ Boxer mix with sprinkles of lots of other puppy dog tail wags.  At 6 years, he is a 64 pound, handsome dude that is strong. so easy going and a happy go lucky boy. His only manners need is to not pull on a leash.  He is potty trained, neutered and UTD on shots. He loves all people and playing ball is his favorite. Good with other dogs but no cats. Jack enjoys romping in a fenced yard and he likes the car rides.  He loves everyone and everyone who meets him falls fast and hard in love with him.  He never stops smiling or wagging his tail.  He is a favorite at at the vets office too.  We call him our gentle giant love muffin !  His human is undergoing serious medical issues and reluctantly must rehome this sweet boy she loves so much. Its heartbreaking for her.  Whoever adopts him is getting a lifelong, loyal and loving friend.  There is no better dog. If you are interested in treating yourself to a great dog and companion then email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com and let's have a talk!  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.March 26, 2024, 11:20 pm

Story
Meet Zuri! Our beautiful little girl that is mixed with all sorts of gorgeous dog elements that include most probably Border Collie/Husky mix.  This crystal blue eyed girl has waited a long time to have her chance to be offered for adoption.  You see she was part of a cruelty case back in October and was severely malnourished and was pregnant with babies.  All her pretty babies have been adopted but poor Zuri was left behind.  She was taken from the small TN shelter last month to decompress and learn some home/family life.  She is ready now for a wonderful new family to call her own .  This girl is a mature and settled 3-4 years old, spayed, UTD on vaccinations, HW- and ready for the good life with a family that will love and cherish her forever. Her beautiful blue eyes and open personality will make you love her instantly.  This girl loves to run and play in the yard with other dogs and absolutely loves the water! She does good as your passenger in the car for pup cup runs and would do good in a home with older, dog savvy children that are 10 years and above. She is still learning not to pull on her leash and is doing very good at her sit command. Zuri just wants her chance to prove that she’s a great family member and cuddle up with you at night!  If you are interested in this housebroken, crate trained, pretty girl that deserves the best life from her on out…please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMarch 26, 2024, 11:20 pm
