Story
Need to rehome asap . 8 month old pit mastiff rescued from a shelter . Darcy is amazing puppy she doesn’t bark often unless someone comes unannounced at night and it scares her . She’s crate trained and potty trained, I got her for my anxiety but can’t keep her where I’m going she’s truly a great dog she just doesn’t understand her size when it comes to love . She’s a lap dog by heart ❤️ she’s amazing with my four year old . She loves to run and she is great at staying in the yard. With the proper training she would make a great service dog or companion to take everywhere . I’m charging a $50 rehome fee to make sure she goes somewhere and gets loved like she should .

Story
Rennie is a baby mastiff looking for her new home. She came in after being found wandering the streets but she isn`t too fussed about it! She loves other dogs, and did well with the kids and cats she has met. Her new family should keep in mind that 1. Mastiffs are not small dogs! and 2. They are guardian breeds and when they grow up they tend to do what they`re bred to do! Dogs are individuals of course but guardian breeds tend to protect their family from strangers (and that means everyone who doesn`t live in `their` house) so she will need a family that can work on her socialization and training and who are ready for a one family dog. She will be the most loyal dog you`ve ever owned but she might not be thrilled if you invite the neighborhood over for a BBQ!

Story
Hi my name is Blueberry Pancake! I am a shy kind of dog who is looking for a patient owner who is willing to give me time to adjust and open up in my new home. Once I get more comfortable, I will come out of my shell and start to show more of my true personality. I require a home without other dogs so I can be your main focus. I can get a little nervous of new people, so it would be best for me to meet all members of my new family before being adopted! If you are interested in meeting me, please fill out an adoption survey online or in the shelter.

Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue, The Artemis Project, in Arkansas. We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI. Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue. Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee. MICHIGAN RESIDENTS—>PLEASE CLICK THE LINK BELOW TO FILL OUT THE ADOPTION APPLICATION: https://new.shelterluv.com/form/other/TAP/2450-michigan-adoption Before we can change your new furbaby’s status from "adoptable" to "adoption pending," the $50 transport fee must be paid to secure the adoption. At that time, we will stop accepting applications. The entire adoption fee must be paid prior to the transport in order to ensure your new baby has a spot on the transport. Thank you SO MUCH for giving a homeless Arkansas pup a chance at a real life with a family of their very own!
