Maverick~born~April 2023Lotte and Maverick are super sweet dogs who need a loving home to call their own! They would love to find a home together as they love to play together, but if that's not possible they can be separated. They were found walking through a neighborhood, Lotte injured with a cut above her eye and an infected bite wound on her neck. Lotte is 2-3 years old; Maverick about 6 months. We believe she is his mom, and they are both very lovable and sweet. Lotte loves squeaky toys and Maverick likes to chase her around when she has one and is squeaking it. Maverick is shy at first but has come a very long way in a short time. The majority of dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers, so there is often very little known about their history or even current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners.
