Story
Randy: Meet our sweet, playful Red Nosed Randy! When Randy was found wandering, he had what appeared to be a severe abrasion on his nose. It turns out that it was not an injury, but a skin condition. With the help of our vet Randy’s nose has healed but he doesn’t seem to want his fur to grow back! We think he likes being a little different! Randy loves to play and can be a bit rowdy, but with a proper introduction, and patience, he might have fun with another dog. Cats on the other hand should probably stay away! This boy is goofy, fun, and very athletic. If you are interested in a younger dog, who appears to be housebroken (he doesn’t soil his kennel), and is ready to play, come meet Red Nosed Randy. All BCAR dogs are placed as indoor family pets. No electric fences, please. Visit pets every Saturday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (706-268-1346) or visit our website for adoption information at www.bigcanoeanimalrescue.org

Story
Hello there, I'm Dot! I'm just a little puppy with a heart full of love. I'm sweet as honey, always ready to share a friendly wag of my tail. I love cuddles, snuggling up close to feel the warmth of a friend. I'm gentle too, I wouldn't hurt a fly! Playtime is my favorite, I can't resist a good game of fetch or tug-of-war. But I can be a bit shy sometimes, needing a moment to warm up. Don't worry, once I know you, we'll be the best of friends!
