Ida Mae is a country girl, she loves the outdoors and the farm life.  She was dumped near a farm and the woman there was kind enough to take her in and put weight back on her and get her vetted.  Unfortunately many dogs are dumped here so she patiently awaits a home of her own. Ida Mae prefers the outdoors and would be a great camping and hiking partner or would love to live and work on a farm.  She is good with most farm animals though we don't know about cats. Ida Mae is located in Tignall GA where there is no formal animal control facility and very little help for homeless pets. Please be willing to meet in the Athens or Madison, GA area -- which is about halfway between here and their foster (who cares for many and can't be too far from home base).
