Apply on our website ( https://www.healingheartsrescue.org/adopt )  to  set up a private meeting or check below for my adoption event schedule. Come meet me at our adoption event at 9 Mile Brewing in Bloomington on Sunday, 10/1 from 1pm - 3pm!   Age: Approximately 2 years Weight: 35 pounds Dog friendly: Yes Cat friendly: Yes Kid friendly: Older kids only. Rosey is learning not to jump.  Potty trained: Yes Crate trained: Working on it. Does great for 3-4 hours in crate Hello I’m  Rosey!  My foster mom says I am practically perfect. Let’s start with I love to please. Making my people happy brings me great joy. I'm told this desire helps with training. I have to admit sometimes in all my joy I jump on people. I’m working on that.     One thing you must know about me is I LOVE running and walking with my people. I'm a running machine! Weekly I run 10 miles & walk 15 miles & thrive for more . I pull on my leash a bit due to how much I love going out.  I’m working on this! The perfect human for me would be an active one. I would adore a large fenced yard to run & burn off energy but that isn't a requirement.  I thrive at other things too! To name a few:  sleeping on a dog bed, I go in my kennel, I’m 100% potty trained and can easily make it through a night or workday before I ask to go out potty. But please note, I would do best with a work from home family. I know all the most important commands - sit , stay, down, leave it, come, and shake. I'm not all energy, I love to snuggle too.  I will keep you warm and loved as you watch tv, read a book, or sleep.     If you are looking for a practically perfect companion I would love to meet you!   Love, Rosey   Adoption Fee: $395Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.INTERESTED IN MEETING ME? If you’d like to arrange a private meeting or begin the adoption process, please fill out an adoption application by visiting    https://www.healingheartsrescue.org/adopt   **Note on breed and age determination:  Breed and age are often determined on appearance, our own knowledge, veterinarian advice, and/or information from the sending shelters or previous owners.  Most of our adoptable dogs were previously stray dogs with little history, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s breed mix, and unless there is a specific date of birth listed, we can’t be 100% sure of a dog’s age. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.   ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES: Wellness check Spay/neuter (puppies adopted with required spay/neuter certificate) Age appropriate vaccines - rabies as required by law and distemper combo or proof of positive titer test Heartworm test if over 7 months of age Fecal test and/or deworming for parasites Microchip &#226&#128&#139 ~ Healing Hearts rescue will also provide dental procedures, bloodwork, surgeries, and/or any other additional vet work as needed while dogs are in our care. &#226&#128&#139~ Adoption fees are non-negotiable and fees are listed on the dog's profile   ~ Adoption fees can be paid the following ways with the required sales tax (7.525%) added: PayPal Credit Card Cash WANT TO HELP SAVE MORE DOGS?   Healing Hearts Rescue is a nonprofit, foster-based rescue  located in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota  that  is 100% funded through adoption fees and donations .  We are excited for you to join us on this mission to save the lives of dogs in need.   We believe every dog deserves to be loved as true members of a family and are committed to fulfilling that dream one dog at a time! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.//     Find our applications at www.midwestanimalrescue.org Adoption Fee $400 plus taxHelga aka Harley is a gentle soul who has been gradually getting comfortable in her foster's home. She’s been doing so well and is starting to shine! Helga would do well in a calm home with a predictable routine.  She will need a person who can be patient and give her the time she needs to trust and build confidence. It is also important she has another self assured dog in the home to show her that she can be brave.  Helga is good with dogs and cats. She likes to run and play with her foster brother in the mornings.   Her days are spent relaxing in her favorite couch spot,  playing with her favorite toys, and sniffing grass in the backyard.  If you’re looking for someone to hang with you and watch movies, Helga is your girl.  As Helga grows more comfortable her personality begins to blossom she would love a forever home to continue becoming her best self.      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.   or     *The pet you are viewing is a rescued pet which is most often from an animal control facility and does not come with a pedigree. The breed(s) listed are our best guess and are in no way guaranteed. Sometimes the pets appear to be a particular breed(s) in the pictures we receive from our rescue partners and when they arrive we are surprised to see an entirely different breed(s) in person!  If you choose to DNA test your adopted pet, test results may vary from company to company and our breed guess may not be reflected in those results as it is just that, our best guess. It is with deep longing that we wish there was a breed called "cute" as we believe all of our dogs would fall under this new breed classification! Completion of an Adoption Application via our website www.midwestanimalrescue.org is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is the first step in our adoption process.  *Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.  Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks. Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.   //

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, my name is Emmi! I’m a Mountain Cur born approximately 12/27/22. We don’t know much about my past but my foster momma says she is really impressed with how well I do in my crate when she is at work, so she doesn’t think I was a stray. I have two foster brothers and 2 foster sisters. I do great with them all. I would do well in a home with other dogs that I can learn and play with. I love to play and I love to nap. I’m a typical puppy and would be a great addition to any family!   Adoption fee includes: Full veterinary exam, Alter, Prepaid microchip, Dewormed, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate), Distemper combo vaccine(s) appropriate to age, Bordetella vaccine, 4DX (over 6 months of age), Flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. Adoption fee: $550.00 Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 1, 2023, 7:35 pm
