Story
This is extremely difficult for me to do, as I love Bubby very much and I do not want to surrender him. However, I just moved to Georgia from Louisiana, and I have yet to find a housing option that will allow him to live with me due to his “aggressive breed” look. I rescued Bubby in January of 2024 after going through a divorce. He is the sweetest boy and just turned 7 in April. He enjoys sleeping, barking at delivery drivers to protect his mom, sleeping, eating, and cuddling with his mom. He is a lazy boy who just wants to be loved and protect his person. He is great with kids and very gentle. I don’t know how he is with cats, but he is only good with other dogs if he can be the dominate one. He has temporarily lived with two different dogs since I’ve had him, and the initial meet was a bit nerve wracking but they became friends quickly. He is potty trained and does not EVER chew or eat anything in the house. He deserves nothing but love and endless cuddles.

Story
I adopted Dobby from a rescue when she was 1.5 years old. I have to put her up for adoption now because she gets very jealous of my smaller dog that I got as a puppy 2 years ago and can become aggressive towards her. Dobby does fine with cats and big dogs. She generally does fine with dogs around her size, but not within the same home. She’s a sweet heart and is low energy. She just likes to be nearby and typically sleeps. She does have a sound aversion to loud noises such as loud cars, fireworks, thunder. She typically just does the bathroom outside quickly and will want to come back in the house. She’s very affectionate and just needs someone that has some experience with insecure dogs, but otherwise is a very easy dog to take care of.

Story
Waylon is 5 years old and a sweet dog. He’s energetic and loves to play with other dogs. He’s good with cats and kids but does like to jump. He still pulls on the leash. He sits on command and will come to his name. He was recently neutered on July 1st and has updated vaccines with supporting records. He is microchipped. He’s on a monthly flea, tick, and heart worm prevention and is heart worm negative. We will provide his food, a leash, collar, food bowl, and toys.Waylon is a very happy and silly dog who needs a home with a fenced yard and an energetic family. We are unfortunately unable to keep him due to our landlord restrictions for breeds starting late July. He is very loving and we’re hopeful an energetic family will want to adopt him!

Story
Bandit showed up in our yard the first week of June. We took him to the vet to see if he was chipped, but he was not. We posted signs around the neighborhood, posted on next-door and lost and found groups in Facebook. But no one has claimed him. He’s very sweet, affectionate, and trainable. We are an older couple with health issues and are unable to give him the time and attention he requires. He would be great for a young home but not sure if he is able to be around children as he does like to jump. Again, he’s a puppy and very active.

Story
My wife and I adopted Chuy as apuppy (he is now young adult). Then, we were in excellent health; but now we have major health problems as humans recovering from a stroke (my wife) and monitoring and medication for cancer (me). Because of my wife's stroke, she struggles with balance and walking and my age (84) is a huge challenge for dedicating all that is needed for this beautiful baby. He deserves to with humans not struggling with medical issues, the way my wife and I are. He is a very sweet and affectionate young adult dog, up-to-date with all vaccines, never bitten anyone or anything, excellent around children, family friends, and other dogs. We raised him with positive training treats for good behavior. He responds to commands like sit and come. And if you like to throw a frisbee or ball, you will immediately be his best friend! He LOVES to fetch anything and will never tire of doing that. Once, we played fetch for almost an hour and he was in heaven.

Story
Apollo showed up on our front doorstep 4 years ago emaciated and wearing a collar. After we had no luck finding the owner, we decided he had captured our hearts, and he's been a part of our family ever since.Unfortunately, we currently have 6 pets living in our apartment and it is unsustainable, so we have made the difficult decision to try to rehome Apollo.Apollo loves people, and gets along great with all of our pets (cats and dogs). He's an incredibly affectionate and cuddly dog. He wants to be inside your skin and will always be at your side if he's able!He has separation anxiety due to us working from home, so he may bark if left home alone. He is house and leash trained. While he prefers to be in bed with you–he is kennel trained as well.Everyone who has met this goofy dog has fallen in love, and we know you will too!
