Story
Want a puppy??? BEAR IS BETTER! Bear, a rabbit that acts like a dog. He does his business in a bin. He runs around free range. If he gets bored, yes, he chews stuff, but he also loves cuddles, lullabies, and being your foot warmer! Bear needs attention and fresh food every day! He likes to steal tortilla chips and gummy bears. He will not go down stairs, but needs to be gated safely in the rooms he's allowed into. I rescued bear last year, he was abandoned, or escaped, in my neighborhood and the owner never claimed him. :( It took me awhile to figure out that he was not afraid of the dog or the cat, or ANYthing, really! The most chillaxed rabbit you'll ever meet, he understands a lot of English. I will give you all the supplies I have for him, if you can promise he will be well taken care of and loved! He must stay free range, no yelling or hitting, he needs friends, and respect his needs as a rabbit. No rehoming fee if you pick him up in central NJ!

Story
🐰 Adoption fee waived if you pick him up in central NJ. 🐰 I don't if Bear is actually a boy, he was abandoned in my neighborhood. 🐰 He has no obvious health issues, besides being overweight (he eats my dog's food). Eyes, teeth, ears, all good. 🐰 HE MUST REMAIN FREE RANGE with at least 2 large rooms to roam around. 🐰 HE NEEDS DAILY ATTENTION. At least an hour. 🐰 HE MUST HAVE FRIENDS! People & animals. He is very social. 🐰 I will give you whatever supplies I have left at the time of pickup! 🐰 I can remain in contact with you if you have any bunny questions after pickup! 🐰 I will require regular photos/videos to show his well being up to 6 months after adoption. (I love him to DEATH, I am just too sick to take care of him anymore.)

Story
Juno (4 years) needs a loving family in upstate NY! We adopted Juno at 6 months, and we've done our best to give him a comfortable life. But the city is tough for him, even in the residential neighborhood we live in. And with a second baby on the way, we're not sure if we can give him the attention he needs to thrive. His anxiety is triggered by most city things, including unfamiliar people, large objects, loud noises, anything on wheels. At home he's relaxed, and you'll find him lounging around or playing with our other dog. He also loves the dog park, where he has many friends. But he's definitely the happiest when outside the city. He loves hiking, running in open fields (he's fast!), and sticking his nose in everything. That's why we're looking for a family outside NYC and near the nature activities. If that's you, please contact us! Juno has all his shots and regular vet checks. He's trained and eats well. He's on anxiety medication, recommended by a vet behaviorist.

Story
Sunny, as his name suggests, is a gorgeous, golden-colored, bright and beautiful Beagle/Collie/Boxer mix who is 100% housebroken, non-destructive inside the home, and responsive to several commands, including sit, stay, down, and paw. Extremely smart and food-motivated, Sunny is a pretty good listener, especially if he sees a treat in your hand. This active boy loves toys, going for walks, and trips to the dog park. He can be reactive on a leash, but with a little practice and patience, he can likely be taught to settle down. Unfamiliar dogs, skateboarders whizzing by, strangers in his face, these triggers can cause Sunny a little bit of anxiety, especially when he’s got a leash around his neck. But set him free in the dog park and he’s totally cool with everything…and he’ll even play and run with other dogs! C’mon, chase me, chase me! Once you’ve earned Sunny’s trust, you’ll have a friend for life. This sensitive boy has a few insecurities, but he’s been working on overcoming them a

Story
Hi, I am looking to re-home Phoebe to a loving and patient individual or couple. She is an unbelievably sweet 3 1/2 year old rescue that needs an experienced owner. She weighs just over 40lbs, is strong willed, and has plenty of energy. She is docile around people, although she hasn't spent a lot of time with children, and after a long walk wants nothing more then to nap close-to (or on) the people she loves. Her one flaw is her reactivity. Smaller dogs are typically fine, but anything around her size or larger and she can become aggressive. In an ideal home she would be the only pet (although she has shared a tiny apartment with a cat) and be somewhere without regularly dog interactions. I would not be putting her up if it weren't for extreme circumstances. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or would like to meet her as she has so much love to give. Thanks!
