Holly is 6 years old but has the energy of a puppy. She is sweet, loving and overall an amazing dog. She was attacked by a bigger dog when she was 1.5 and has been aggressive towards other dog ever since. She needs a home that has space for her to run around, a backyard or a park for daily exercise and a home with no other dogs. Unless you are willing to do the work to train her and help resolve her aggression. She absolutely loves people, is super cuddly, and would make an awesome addition to the right family.

Pepper was adopted in 2021 as a puppy. She’s a very sweet girl. She was my daughter’s dog and she recently moved to college. We are blending families and she needs a home with more solid structure. She has a ton of energy and needs someone with time to keep her active. She loves to snuggle and play.

Story
Stevie is a beautiful 5yo rescue that was found in the desert of Arizona. She has always been an anxious/nervous dog, but is constantly seeking love, cuddles, and attention. She has a high prey drive and LIVES for being outdoors (she prefers off leash but isn’t the most reliable). She has calmed down in her older years, but loves to chew a bone, chase a ball, hike and be outside. We have a toddler and are due with a baby soon. Unfortunately, she has started to become very reactive with the toddler and it is no longer a safe situation. Additionally, she does well with most dogs, but now that she is older and has gained a lot of confidence, she has started being reactive towards dogs that show too much interest in us (her owners) or dogs who are aggressive towards her first (I.e. barking/growling, even small dogs). She has never attacked to hurt, but she always “wins” and it can be challenging to pull her away since she’s so strong. She would do best with a lot of outside fenced in space

Story
Lotti is a sweet angel of a girl. We have two toddlers and she is hands down amazing with them! We have never had any issues with her. She is very calm. She gets a little excited meeting people but nothing a treat can’t calm down. We are just too busy to give her the life she deserves!

Story
Once he feels comfortable and safe, he is a very loving and fun dog. He loves sunbathing, long walks, running in the woods, playing with his toys, and finding cozy places to sleep. If he sees a blanket or pile of clothes, he’ll happily curl up on it! He does have behavioral challenges. He struggles with separation anxiety and can become destructive with his kennel or things in the home when left alone. He also dislikes loud or beeping noises. He is not a good fit for small children or crowded homes, as he can become nervous and does not like being touched by people he doesn’t know. He would do best with a patient, experienced owner who can respect his boundaries and give him time to adjust. He is a great dog with a lot of love to give, and I truly want to find him a home where he can be happy, safe and understood! This is a very difficult decision, but my life has become much busier, and I can no longer give him the time and attention he deserves.
