IN DFW AREA: CAN MEET WITHIN REASONABLE DISTANCE Is there anyone that can take this female dog. She is ~ 5 yrs old. No health issues. We always thought she was a Shepherd Husky mix, but my daughter seeems to think she's more in the lines of an Australian Kelpie. Due to housefire & limited amount of dogs allowed at the rental property, we arent able to keep her. She's smart, follows commands. Was a stray when we found her. She was maybe a few yrs old. Unsure. Active playful. Preferably would need to be placed with someone who has a back yard. Loves to run & play. Was not good with our indoor cat, or small dogs. Please help place her. Very submissive, so not sure if she was mistreated before we got her.

Story
Meet the big ball of energy Juana! She is a 2 yr old 42lb pit mix, with a wiggly body and shes very curious. I adopted her in October from Dallas Animal shelter from a BeDallas90 event. I had hoped it would be a good fit, but with work, I dont have the time I need to take care of her properly. My other dog is somewhat reactive and while thee mostly very friendly and cuddly with each other, I need to find a new home for Juana. Juana is an energetic pup who loves to run, cuddle and play. She hasnt met cats before and needs to be better socialized around more dogs and currently lives with my other dog. Juana does like to play with my dog, although sometimes doesnt understand her own strength and can use some work on playing gently. Juana loves to cuddle up with her humans and believes shes a lapdog crawling over and licking everything. Shes very curious, likes to explore and play with toys. An ideal home for Juana would be one with an attentive skilled owner who can train dogs

Found running down the middle of the highway and I’m just unable to keep him though I would love to. Super sweet, cuddles with my kids, house trained, doesn’t bark or growl.

Pippa is a wonderful dog 98% of the time. She loves people and is very affectionate. She is house trained, crate trained, knows her commands and is pretty obedient. However, she hates one of our cats and recently attacked him. She also bit my wife about 6 months ago. We think it's because she is competing for my affection. It's gotten to the point where we can't trust her around our cats and she needs to be re-homed. Pippa needs to be the only pet in the house. It would probably be best if she lived with a single owner although a couple may well be okay if there are no other pets in the house. We don't know how she does with children.

Hi! Bass is a 1yr old mixed breed good boy I found on a construction job site. He was found malnourished, mangey, and in poor health. I fed him my lunch (a bass filet I caught hence his name) and took him straight to the vet! He has been with me since. I have fostered Bass since August of 2025 in order to get him properly trained before finding him a new home. Bass is crate trained, potty trained, fully up to date on all vaccines, on heart-worm preventatives and not currently neutered- he will be prior to adoption! He is a sweet, affectionate, loyal, and curious fella who would make an excellent companion for a new dog owner. He has no dietary restrictions and is on a twice/day feed schedule. I cannot keep Bass any longer as I am leaving the state in a few months and cannot care for him. There is no re-homing fee and I will gladly provide basic essentials for the first month to whoever wants to adopt! I ask you are loving and can provide him the best you possibly can! Thank you!

We saved Juliet from the shelter and she’s been such an amazing addition to our family. Sadly we have an unexpected move and she’s not allowed where we are moving. She’s amazing with my kids! Including my 9 month, shes very gentle and patient. She absolutely loves cuddling and being at your side.
