Story
Meatloaf needs a new home ASAP and family that can give him individualized love, care and attention. He’s already fixed and had his shots. He just turned 1 year old.  He’s the size of a miniature horse, but a big sweet baby. He is very affectionate, playful, energetic, and athletic (he loves to jump over and through things). He’s a mixed breed, we’re not sure what his father was but he’s built like a Great Dane, and we think his mother is some form of bull terrier mix.He comes from a litter of puppies born from a family member’s dog. The family member moved in with us last year, but they’re moving out now and are not able to bring any of the puppies with them to their new home. We’ve tried asking friends, family, and coworkers over the past year if they could adopt him or any of his siblings but have had no luck finding them a home, and now we have too many dogs to take care of on our own.

We really don’t want that to happen, but are running out of options.

Mutt American Pit Bull Terrier

Female, Young
Arlington, TX
Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)

House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
We found Ellie in early November in rural Louisiana & she had clearly been fending for herself for quite some time. She was emaciated, tick-covered, & living off whatever scraps she could find in the woods. Since then, she has blossomed into a healthy 50-lb bundle of pure sweetness. She is extremely affectionate and people-oriented. She is crate trained and housebroken. She walks well on a leash and knows basic commands. Her favorite toy is her large Kong (which she throws & chases herself), & will chew for hours on a large beef bone. She does show some fear responses to loud noises & sudden movements, but that has decreased over time. To make her transition as smooth as possible, her adoption includes a large crate & crate pad, large dog bed, harness, & leash. She would thrive as either a single pet or in a home with other friendly dogs around her size. Unfortunately, our smaller dog doesn't want to share her space which is the only reason why we are trying to find her a new home.

Story
Meet Snoopy! 🐾 Snoopy is a young, energetic pup looking for his forever home! I rescued him about 8 months ago, and he has brought so much joy and personality into my life. Snoopy is full of puppy energy and loves spending time outdoors. One of his favorite things to do is run around, roll in the grass, and go on long walks. He is also a big cuddle bug who enjoys relaxing and being close to his people after playtime. He is house-trained and does well with a routine. Snoopy would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard where he can run, play, and burn off his energy. He would also do best with someone who has the time to give him the attention, exercise, and companionship he deserves. This decision has not been easy, but with my busy work and school schedule and living in an apartment, I am no longer able to give Snoopy the active lifestyle he needs. ❤️ Please help Snoopy find the loving forever home he deserves. 🐾
