Story
Meet Mina! 🐾 This joyful, confident young pitbull mix is looking for a new forever home. We adopted her from Dallas Animal Services in October 2024, and while she’s been an amazing companion, our older dog just isn’t adjusting well to having a younger sibling. Mina is full of life and love—she’s always wagging her tail, eager to play, and ready to learn. She just graduated from obedience training and knows sit, come, place, and walks nicely on a leash. She’s food-motivated and smart, which makes training a breeze. Mina does best with clear boundaries, especially around food and treats, and would thrive in a home where she can be the only pet or with someone experienced in managing dog dynamics. She’s crate trained, housebroken, and ready to be your adventure buddy or cuddle partner. If you're looking for a loyal, playful, and affectionate pup, Mina is your girl! 🐶💛 Reach out to meet her—she can’t wait to find her perfect match.

Story
Nova was found on the side of a country road in an area where many dogs had been dumped to fend for themselves. She came running up to my husband and hugged his leg. We knew we didn't have the space for another dog long term but we had to give the timid pup a chance to find a loving home. We immediately took her in, treated her fleas, and brought her to our vet for shots and heartworm preventative. We looked into surrendering her to a shelter but we found most places in our area weren't accepting surrenders for a while due to space, so we decided to try rehoming her ourselves! During Novas time with us she's learned her name, decent recall, crate training, sit, and shake. We've discovered she loves chasing balls and squirrels. She's also dog (and chicken) friendly and would thrive in a home that has older kids or another active dog in need of a playmate.

Story
Sammee is the most handsome dog you'll ever meet. He’s so sweet and loving to his people! When meeting new people, he is timid. He doesn’t like to meet them on a leash (we think he had some past traumas). When we have him meet people in our home, we usually put Sammee in his kennel, let everyone come in and get settled, and then bring him out. He does great that way! He will be your best friend, try and sit in your lap, and get all the attention! We groom him ourselves so we don’t know how he does at a groomers. When we leave the house, he is used to being out with doggie door access. He doesn’t love staying in his kennel for long periods of times, but he is pretty chill. Just beware of any food left out… he will get into it! We are looking for a new home for him because we don’t have the finances to keep up with his food and care and are just very busy in this season of life. We are hoping we can find someone looking for a loving, cuddly, teddy bear to love him how he deserves!

Story
Phoenix was rescued 2 years ago from a bad situation. Although grew up in a house full of dogs he has his moments where he will be aggressive to the other dog. He is about 3-4 years of age, and a real cuddle bug. He loves walks although he does walk you most the time, loves car rides and his pup cups. He will snuggle with you in bed, and give you the best hugs. I would suggest he be the only dog in the home. Since I do not have cats I'm not sure how he will act. My child is grown and he hasn't been around littles so I also don't know how he will act. Over all he loves people and loves to play. He comes from a very loving home, however he doesn't get along with my other dog. I would love to find him a home that would cherish his sweet nature and spoil him rotten. He does have allergies to chicken and beef and it will cause ear infections. He has an allergy shot from the vet once a week. I do have him on grain free, salmon and sweet potato food.

Story
Ollie was found in a backyard with his mom and sister when he was a just a few days old. He was adopted at 8 weeks old. He is great with kids and other dogs. Very playful and affectionate. His best friend is a 15lb chihuahua. We are experiencing health challenges associated with pet dander. Looking for a great family to take him on walks and have kids to play with.

You’ll never meet a dog who loves you more than Sarah does! All she wants is attention from her humans! She is very easy going. A couch potato all day long! She get spurts of energy to play and LOVES when people come to the house, but for the most part, she just sleeps the day away.
