This is the most special little dog. She was living in a homeless camp in LA. She came staggering out to the street covered in fleas and filth. One of our humane workers picked her up. She is now feeling much better, clean, and eating nutritious food. We have named her Trixie May. She looks to be a Papillon - Pomeranian - Chihuahua mix. She is 10 years old. She loves to be held and gets so excited when we talk to her. Trixie May is a treasure.

Gigi is a darling, full-grown petite girl weighing just about 10 pounds. Her soft, shiny black fur has a delightful “bedhead” look that seems to go in every direction, giving her an irresistibly charming personality to match. This cutie is Yale. He is an approx 2 years old, 13lb Spaniel mix. This poor guy was found as a stray in Long Beach and was rescued just in time from being put down at the shelter. Yale is the ultimate lap dog and loves a good car ride. He gets along great with other dogs but mainly loves getting love from humans. While he is bashful at first, he is very sweet...just give him time. He would love to be in a home where there isn't too much going on at all times and he can just sunbathe and hang out with you.
