In Kibble Kingdom, kibble is our currency of choice and all creatures embark on epic adventures.Our epic adventure started in MS where we were born and spent the first 5 months of our life. On June 21st we started the next part of our journey North to the folks here at OPH. They have agreed to help us complete our journey and find our forever homes where we live out our dreams of a family of our own.While we are waiting for our family to find us we will be in our foster home showing our foster family all of our traits and learning all about home life. Kira loves running around and playing in the yard with her toys and fur siblings. She is good with other dogs and children. After playing, she is down to cuddle and take a nap. Kira is super sweet, likes everyone she meets, and gives everyone kisses. She is house broken , crate trained, and leash trained. Kira wags her tail a million miles an hour anytime she is given attention. Kira would make a great addition to your family! She is completely vetted. Vetting includes spaying/neutering, microchip, rabies as well as all puppy vaccinations, and has been on preventatives. Her adoption fee of $550 includes the transport to PA. Rocky has been a long stay in boarding while we got this little chowder head to focus. Apparently his live had started with best guess, young boys, because his exuberance was over the top. We have finally gotten him under control. Other dogs still correct him at times because he just can't get that meet & greet scenario down pat, again exuberance. He is a very loving dog and would love the opportunity to live with someone who loves the outdoors and hiking. Sorry no apartments for this boy.

Story

Princess was surrendered to a rescue when her owner could no longer care for her. She was living in a bad situation and kept in a crate most of the time. Before this, she was raised with her owner and had exposure to grandchildren and some family, but Princess was not socialized outside of the home. She came to the rescue very frightened of everything and everyone, she was almost feral (wild) in her behaviors. She slowly came out of her shell and learned that noone was going to hurt her - now she is happy, playful and full of personality with everyone she knows. She is still fearful of strangers, but with patience and time we know she will very quickly learn to trust a new person and become a wonderful family dog for someone very lucky.

Fiona-Pointer X female, ~ 3-4yr. (July 2024) Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for an application. Fiona came to Rescue from a high kill big city shelter. She was on the list to lose her life to euthanasia that very day. This was happening only because the shelter is way overwhelmed with dogs needing homes. Fiona went into a rescue foster home and has proved to be an excellent dog. She's about 35-40#, full of intelligence and life. She plays well with the other foster dogs, is very social. Best of all, she loves people and wants to interact with his humans. She would be an excellent hiking or walking partner. Fiona's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption .
