We rescued Cocoa a year ago from an elderly woman whose circumstances changed suddenly. Since then, we have fostered her and watched her personality shine! Cocoa is a stuffed toy enthusiast who loves to frolic with her stuffy after breakfast. Her favorite things are treats, short walks, playing fetch, car rides, and napping in the sun. She shows her affection for you by leaning into you for pets, and gazing at you longingly. Her Needs: A Tidy Yard - Cocoa is a "poop-snacker," which leads to chronic Giardia. She needs a family committed to a "scoop as you go" yard policy to keep her tummy healthy. Gentle Pace - Due to hip issues, she prefers shorter, easy walks and a supportive bed to rest her joints. The Only - Cocoa needs to be the only pet in a kid-free home. This ensures her health doesn't impact other dogs and allows her to soak up all the attention she loves! Cocoa is ready for a predictable routine and a home of her own. In return, she will be your most devoted companion!

I am house trained and crate trained, love dog beds and toys!I am very smart and know some commands.  I walk well on a leash, get in and out of cars, crate trained and like agility obstacles.   I will do best in a quiet home with another dog or no dog and where someone is always home.  Also need a house with a securely fenced yard.. No apartments! I do walk on leash but due to my muscle size I do need some leash walking polishing.   I will do best in a calm and active home with another dog or no dog. I would enjoy walks/hikes, outdoor outings and lots of companionship. Also need a house with a securely fenced yard.. No apartments! Story
Pecas is a dog rescued from the streets of Mexico. He's almost six years old and the eighth of a litter rescued along with his mother. Pecas is a very loving, intelligent, and protective dog. He loves walks and runs and is obedient, but he needs experienced people. Pecas lives indoors but knows how to relieve himself outside and will let you know when he needs to. Although he appears to be getting along with other dogs in photos, if Pecas is overstimulated or hears a dog crying, his hunting instinct will kick in and there's no way to stop him. Therefore, it's best if he goes to a home without other dogs or animals. He has also been around children on occasion without problems, but it's not common since there are no children in my house. I would prefer a home without young children, perhaps with teenagers (15 years and older). Pecas will have a slow adjustment period to a new home, so patience and experience are needed.

Hi, I’m Rocco,I’m so happy you’re checking out my page, I can’t wait to find my forever home and share all my unconditional love. I live with both dogs and cats and get along great with everyone. I’m house-trained, walk nicely on a leash, and love to play. Even though I’m a senior, I still have plenty of energy and I also knowing how to be calm and relaxed. Running is my favorite activity, so if you’re a jogger or active walker, we’ll be a perfect match. Just one not; I think tennis shoes are toys.This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement.
