I’m Bella, an 8-year-old Pomeranian/chi mix. I was surrendered by my family after a divorce. I need a patient family with no small children. I’m an active senior who loves to relax and go on walks. I tend to be nippy to protect myself until I trust you. But I can promise you I’m a sweet, loving girl once I'm comfortable. I am great with my foster family. Kiki is a charming 6 year old neutered male Pomeranian and Spaniel Mix who stole hearts after being rescued from South LA when his owners left him behind. This sweet little guy loves nothing more than going on walks and rolling around in the grass, soaking up every bit of outdoor fun. Kiki is gentle, affectionate, and gets along wonderfully with both kids and other dogs, making him the perfect companion for a loving home. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Please share with friends and family! These dogs will be fixed the week of 12/15! This dog was found with her brother wandering the streets of Long Beach. If I had to guess, based on the condition of their teeth, they are under or close to 1 year old. They smelled like theve been sleeping on urine-soaked bedding, were muddy, covered in fleas, and have most likely never had their nails clipped before. No microchip 😔 I bathed them twice, clipped their nails,, and gave them flea medication. They;re people, dog, and kid-friendly. Both are extremely submissive. Theyve been posted on Nextdoor, Pawboost, and Facebook and reported to Long Beach Animal Services. Theyre definitely bonded and most likely siblings. Id love to find a safe place for these babies to land. The can be adopted out together or separate. They have spay/neuter/shots/microchips appts and will pay upfront the full cost of vetting (over $1,000), so Im asking for a $250 per dog rehoming fee.

Norman Barkwell was found in South LA last month. He's now microchipped, neutered, and up-to-date on his vaccinations. Norm loves to play, cuddle, and go on walks. He's not potty-trained yet, but can sleep through the night (ideally on your bed)! He's good with other dogs and rarely barks at strangers. He's still adjusting to home life and needs an experienced dog owner who can give him the love and support to train him out of his trauma! Most of the time, he loves to be held, but if you try to physically put him inside his crate, accidentally step on him, or pick him up when he does not want to, he will growl and bite! With time and training, Norm can learn to not react with aggression. The majority of the day he sleeps on my lap or at my feet, sometimes plays with my other dog, and goes on walks. He would be great in a home with experienced dog owners who can train him and give the time and love he deserves! It also doesn't hurt he's that cute and looks great in tiny sweaters!
