Ruki already had a skin condition and wasn’t able to get proper treatment at the shelter, so Adogs rescued him before it became worse. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is a bit shy with new people but adjusts quickly. Isn’t used to pets yet and * With Dogs: Gets along with the other dogs at our center, and relies on his mother #AdogsMiso. * With Cats: Hasn’t met them yet. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed as he lives communally with other dogs at our center. * Potty Training: Does only outdoor pottying at our center. * Walks: Hasn’t had experience with walks yet. * Hygiene: Hasn’t had experience with grooming yet as he still feels uncomfortable with being touched. * Car Sickness: Hasn’t shown signs of motion sickness so far but it's unclear during long distance drives. * Has never shown biting behavior. * Has no empty barking. * Likes treats so it helps a little in getting closer to him. * Still feels awkward with human touch.

After a long process of persuasion, Adogs team obtained a relinquishment agreement from their owner and safely rescued both dogs. Thankfully, Boksunga has been adopted and is living a new life, and Bamtori has regained his health with proper medical treatment and care after the rescue. 3⃣ Personality & Characteristics • With People: Loves people — even strangers! Is very friendly and affectionate right away. Easily trusts familiar people and seeks comfort from them. Is a sweet, loving little dog who enjoys being petted and loves to climb into people’s laps for cuddles. • With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs. Kiki is a charming 6 year old neutered male Pomeranian and Spaniel Mix who stole hearts after being rescued from South LA when his owners left him behind. This sweet little guy loves nothing more than going on walks and rolling around in the grass, soaking up every bit of outdoor fun. Kiki is gentle, affectionate, and gets along wonderfully with both kids and other dogs, making him the perfect companion for a loving home. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Story

Norman Barkwell was found in South LA last month. He's now microchipped, neutered, and up-to-date on his vaccinations. Norm loves to play, cuddle, and go on walks. He's not potty-trained yet, but can sleep through the night (ideally on your bed)! He's good with other dogs and rarely barks at strangers. He's still adjusting to home life and needs an experienced dog owner who can give him the love and support to train him out of his trauma! Most of the time, he loves to be held, but if you try to physically put him inside his crate, accidentally step on him, or pick him up when he does not want to, he will growl and bite! With time and training, Norm can learn to not react with aggression. The majority of the day he sleeps on my lap or at my feet, sometimes plays with my other dog, and goes on walks. He would be great in a home with experienced dog owners who can train him and give the time and love he deserves! It also doesn't hurt he's that cute and looks great in tiny sweaters!
