Kiki is a charming 6 year old neutered male Pomeranian and Spaniel Mix who stole hearts after being rescued from South LA when his owners left him behind. This sweet little guy loves nothing more than going on walks and rolling around in the grass, soaking up every bit of outdoor fun. Kiki is gentle, affectionate, and gets along wonderfully with both kids and other dogs, making him the perfect companion for a loving home. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Meet Noelle! Noelle is a 7 year old Pomeranian mix. She weighs about 12 lbs. She is quite the beauty queen and loves to be brushed and loves her treats! She currently lives with another dog and gets along well with him. She would probably be fine with cats also based on her personality but she has not been around cats. She is not a nuisance barker but will join in with her foster brother when the mailman is at the door. Noelle is fine being left alone for short periods of time. She really wants a person who is retired or is RICH, so they don’t have to work! Lol! She enjoys playing with her toys and loves a good game of tug of war. Noelle is housebroken and goes outside on her own to do her business. Noelle loves to eat and is food motivated. She uses a slow feeder bowl or we hand feed her to prevent her from eating too fast and to teach her we provide the food and she doesn’t need to be possessive over it. She sleeps quietly in her crate at night. Noelle loves to be held and just wants to be with her people. Although Noelle is a Pomeranian mix, she has the pommie personality through and through! She is silly and loves to ham it up when she “sits up pretty” but she is also strong willed and can be stubborn at times. She does not like to walk on a leash and will resist any attempts to go for a walk. We have been working on that with her but haven’t made much progress. We will not place Noelle with children at all. She just doesn’t vibe with them. We aren’t sure of her past but we have a feeling she was left to fend for herself. Noelle has a small patch on her back that will not grow hair. The vet said it looks like she suffered from some sort of chemical burn. It is all healed up but it just will not regrow the hair in that spot. It doesn’t bother her at all so it shouldn’t bother you either. She’s beautiful regardless of the missing hair. She is a smart girl and is learning that the good life isn’t so bad after all!Our adoptions are restricted to residents within 30 miles of the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Meet Ruki🌟 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, heartworm negative and dental scaling completed. * Due to consistent treatment, Ruki has completely recovered from his skin disease and the darkened skin has become pink again. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Ruki (a puppy of #AdogsMiso) was rescued from a hoarder’s home in Gimje, and was transferred to the Gimje City Shelter. Ruki already had a skin disease and wasn’t able to get proper treatment at the shelter. So Adogs rescued him before it became worse. 3⃣ Basic Information ❗️As a young puppy, he may need training in areas such as separation anxiety, potty habits, biting, nipping, whining, disorderly behaviors, howling and barking. ❗️It is difficult to predict his shedding and growth size because his parents are unknown. ❗️Since puppies grow very rapidly until they are 10 months old, their current appearance may differ slightly from the photos. * With People: Is shy with new people and isn’t comfortable with human touch yet, so he must be cornered before he can be petted. However, he accepts it nicely once you actually touch him although he still needs more time to become comfortable with it since he’s timid. Lives and moves around comfortably around familiar people. Has overcome his fear of hands and sniffs hands if they come near his nose. * With Dogs: Gets along well with no issues with other dogs whom he lives with at our center. * With Cats: Unknown because he hasn’t met them yet. * Separation Anxiety: Stayed calm when he was left alone at the foster home. * Potty Training: Is a smart cookie who is fully indoor-potty trained. Has an occasional accident on cushions when he gets scared or startled. * Hygiene: Does well with baths. * Walks: Unknown because he hasn’t had experience with walks yet. * Car Sickness: Has a bit of motion sickness so care is needed. * Nipping: Usually doesn't bite, but since he is very fearful, he may nip defensively depending on the situation. Care and patience are required. * Barking: Might whimper if you try to hug him against his will. Also, tends to "cry" or whine to let you know when he has had a bowel movement and need it cleaned up. * Likes: Likes treats but the vet suggested to cut back on them. So he’s only being fed a small amount. * Dislikes: Is scared of loud noises and becomes afraid if you move your hands downwards suddenly. Whines and expresses discomfort if you try to hold him forcibly. May have potty accidents if you set him down on the floor in areas with many people or at the vet. Diagnosed with stage 3 heart disease and needs regular medication. Doesn’t require any special care except consistent medication and preventing him from being worked up. Has grade 3 patellar luxation, so he should be prevented from jumping high or running too fast.2.) Rescue Story Bamtori was living along with Boksunga(Adogs' dog) as neglected dogs under unsanitary conditions at a narrow alley in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu. After a long process of persuasion, Adogs team obtained a relinquishment agreement from their owner and safely rescued both dogs.3.) Basic Information With People: Loves people — even strangers! Easily trusts familiar people and seeks comfort from them. Is a sweet, loving little dog who enjoys being petted and loves to climb into people’s laps for cuddles. With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs. Has a calm personality and enjoys spending time alone, but also likes to play excitedly with his close friends. With Cats: Coexisted peacefully with cats at our Center. Separation Anxiety: Unclear, as it hasn’t been long since he moved to his foster home. Did well alone at the Center. Potty Training: Used potty pads indoors at the Center, but more monitoring is required since it hasn’t been long since he moved to his foster home. Hygiene: Generally tolerates being handled and groomed quite well. Car Sickness: Relaxes comfortably and rests well during car rides. Biting: Doesn’t bite at all — is a gentle and calm boy. Barking: Sometimes barks, but it’s not loud or bothersome. Like: Likes playing with toys. Dislike: If a smaller dog approaches and steals your attention, he might give that dog a little jealous scolding.* Personality: Is calm and doesn’t have high energy levels, but becomes playful with close friends.
