Story
Meet Mr. Pip, a 7-year-old, 4-pound Pomeranian who may or may not actually be a dog! We’re still trying to decide if he’s a tiny Pom, a Yoda, or perhaps a very cute little wombat. 😂 Whatever he is, one thing is certain—Mr. Pip is absolutely lovable! This little guy is wonderful with people and gets along with dogs of all sizes. Cats? He could care less about them! Mr. Pip is happiest when he’s cuddled up with his people and simply being part of the family. He loves his human companionship and sleeps quietly right beside his foster family at night. Mr. Pip is currently working on his housebreaking and is using a belly band while he continues to learn. He also has some bad knees and hips, which give him a bit of a wobbly walk. But don’t let that fool you—his mobility issues certainly don’t stop him from getting where he wants to go or from enjoying life to the fullest! Because Mr. Pip is such a tiny 4-pound boy, we feel an adult-only home or a home with children 15 and older would be the safest and best fit for him. He’s looking for someone who will love him, cuddle him, keep him safe, and let this little guy continue to enjoy every moment of his life. If you’re looking for a tiny companion with a huge personality, Mr. Pip may just be your perfect little Yoda-wombat-dog! ❤️

Meet Mabel! 💕🐾 This 2-year-old, 7-pound Pomeranian is the PERFECT definition of a Velcro dog! If you're looking for a shadow, a sidekick, and a full-time cuddle buddy, Mabel is your girl! She adores her people, gets along beautifully with other dogs AND cats, and wants nothing more than to be included in everything you do. She's working on her housebreaking and absolutely loves snuggling up in her foster mom's bed, where she sleeps soundly through the night. Mabel does bark when left alone, so apartment living would not be ideal for her. This sweet girl has SO much love to give and is ready to find her person to stick to like glue. Let's help Mabel write her happily ever after final chapter! ❤

Story
Sweet Terra made her way from a puppy mill in South Korea to New York in search of her forever home. She’s about 2 years old and 6.5 pounds of adorable personality. Her foster family lovingly calls her their “little bat” because of her cute little face and ears. 🦇❤️ Terra loves people, is great with kids and other dogs, and despite her tiny size, she confidently claims her spot as the alpha! She loves her bones and toys and is happiest and most confident inside the home. She’s still learning the ropes of home life, working on housebreaking, and gaining confidence outdoors, which can still be a little scary for her. Terra has come so far—now she just needs her person so we can help her write her happily ever after final chapter. ❤️

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to U.S. and Canada💟 Meet Ruki🌟 💙 Name : Ruki 💙 Gender : Male 💙 Age : Estimated 1 year old (Born in May 2025) 💙 Weight : 6.4 kg / 14.1 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1. Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped and heartworm negative. 2. Rescue Story * Ruki, a puppy of #AdogsMiso was rescued from a hoarder’s home in Gimje, and was transferred to the Gimje City Shelter. He already had a skin disease and wasn’t able to get proper treatment at the shelter, so Adogs rescued him before it worsened. 3. Basic Information * With People: Is shy around new people, but does not dislike them or bark at them. Is not yet fully comfortable with being touched, so he may need to be gently guided into a corner before petting. Once being petted, however, he stays calm and accepts it well. Is timid and easily frightened, so he needs time to become comfortable with new people, but lives comfortably with people he is familiar with. Is gradually opening up and now responds when called, comes closer, and sometimes briefly sniffs the person. Through consistent desensitization training with physical contact, he has also become less fearful and resistant when being picked up. * With Dogs: Got along well with no issues with the other dogs at our center. Gets a bit frightened during walks, so he completely ignores other dogs when passing by. * With Cats: Unknown because he hasn’t met them yet. * Separation anxiety: Stays calm when left alone and sometimes sleeps comfortably by himself. * Potty training: Prefers to use the potty pads indoors. Has occasional accidents when urinating. When a waterproof potty tray was placed for him, he also started having accidents on the floor, so his living space has been temporarily reduced and his potty training is being restarted. Since reducing his space, he has been using the pee pad well. Is currently taking medication for coprophagia (stool eating). Although the coprophagia has recently stopped, it might be due to the medication, so caution is still needed. * Hygiene: Calmly tolerates both bathing and brushing. Because he is very timid and cautious, it is best to handle his grooming at home whenever possible. Has recently become more comfortable with being touched by his foster parents, and they are currently practicing nail trimming at his foster home. * Walks: Because he is easily frightened, he is gradually being introduced to walking equipment. With consistent training, he has become accustomed to wearing a collar, but is still afraid of the leash and requires continued training. Is currently enjoying carried walks in arms; when placed on the ground, he lies down quietly without moving. * Car sickness: Becomes tense when traveling by car and may have a bowel accident inside his kennel. * Because he is very timid, he may react defensively with his mouth in certain situations such as having his bottom wiped, so caution is needed. As he becomes more familiar with the person, however, he tends to allow touch even in situations where he previously reacted defensively. If his hind paws are repeatedly handled, he may make a small biting motion and try to put the person's hand in his mouth. However, if the person pretends that it hurts, he shows that he dislikes it but will turn his face away and tolerate it. Is particularly sensitive about having his front paws touched. * Might whimper if you try to hug him against his will. Also tends to "cry" or whine to let you know when he has had a potty accident and need it cleaned up. Has only barked once after moving to his foster home when he became startled from the sound of the alarm clock. * Has a very gentle nature. Is quite fearful and timid, but has adapted well to home life. Once he adjusts to his environment, he quietly accepts being touched. Loves treats and being petted, but is frightened by loud noises or sudden movements. Especially dislikes having his front paws touched, and extra care is needed as he may become scared and has accidents with urination or defecation in enclosed spaces or at the vet.

Story
💙 Name: Songcheon 💙 Gender: Male 💙 Age: Estimated 1 year old (Born in July 2025) 💙 Weight: 4.5 kg / 9.92 lb 💙 Adogs News Account: @_adogs_ 1️⃣ Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped and currently undergoing heartworm treatment. 2️⃣ Rescue Story * Songcheon was found severely neglected inside a vinyl greenhouse in Songcheon-dong, Jeonju. Surviving in suffocating temperatures that reached up to 48°C (118°F), with only food waste and stagnant, mossy water to consume, Songcheon still mustered the strength to wag his tail happily when rescuers approached him. Adogs immediately rescued him so this lonely, resilient boy could finally receive the love and care he has always deserved. 3️⃣ Basic Information * Interaction with People: Barks briefly at first, but is curious and soon comes over to sniff and explore. Once comfortable, he will roll over to show their belly for pets and relax with his back turned toward familiar people. * Interaction with Dogs: Prefers spending time alone rather than playing with other dog friends. * Interaction with Cats: Has not met a cat yet. * Separation Anxiety: Shows no signs of separation anxiety, even when doors are closed while someone is home. Re-training may be needed if the environment changes. * Potty Training: Uses indoor potty pads well. Occasionally misses near the anti-slip mat, but this should improve quickly. * Grooming & Hygiene: Behaved well at the professional groomer, but feels uncomfortable when his face is touched. Scared of the showerhead during baths, but handles it relatively well. Not yet used to brushing and may display air-snapping/mouth punching. Uncomfortable with nail trims, so treats are used during the process. * Walks: Plan to start walking gradually after adjusting to the foster home. * Carsickness: Shows no signs of motion sickness in the car. * Mouthiness / Nipping: May air-snap as a warning if an unfamiliar person tries to pick him/up suddenly. * Barking: Barks at loud noises like moving sounds or the thud of a delivery box being placed. Stops barking as soon as a person comes into view. * Personality & Traits: Expressive and very smart. Expresses discomfort by gently touching with teeth without biting hard, and picks up tricks quickly. Loves people, but also knows how to enjoy alone time. Tends to flinch or look uncomfortable when doors are closed.

Story
All of Gherkin’s littermates have found their people, and now this sweet boy is the last pickle waiting for his forever family to come along. Could that family be YOU? Meet Gherkin, a 2-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix weighing about 15 pounds, with a whole lot of love to give and a little more confidence to build. Gherkin is super sweet, does great with other dogs, and attaches himself to his people pretty quickly. Once he starts to feel safe with you, he wants to be close! But Gherkin’s previous life left him with some fears he’s still learning to work through. He can be especially fearful of men and needs patience, time, and understanding to learn that he’s safe and can trust the people around him. The good news? This little guy is making AMAZING progress! His incredible foster family has been helping him learn to walk on a leash, navigate the world around him, and simply enjoy being a dog. They’re even working on training, including learning to patiently wait for his food, as you can see in the video! Gherkin is doing so wonderfully in so many areas. He just needs someone willing to continue building his confidence, provide gentle guidance and consistent leadership, and show him that the world isn’t such a scary place after all. His ideal home? A patient, loving family with another friendly, social dog who can help show him the ropes! Having a confident canine companion to follow could make a world of difference for this little guy. Gherkin doesn’t need someone to fix him. He needs someone to believe in him, give him the time he deserves, and celebrate all the little victories along the way. 💚 He’s come so far in foster care, and we know he has so much potential to keep blossoming in the right home. Now we just need someone to give the LAST PICKLE his chance! Apply at realdogrescue.org/adopt
