She is back to full health and loving life! Kira is a 2-year old, dog friendly, loves stuffies and bones but most of all she loves to be with her people. Bandito is a lovable little gentleman whose favorite place to be is wherever his people are. He’s not looking to win any races or keep you on your toes all day. He’d much rather enjoy the good life, soak up some affection, and keep you company wherever the day takes you. This handsome boy has lovely house manners and gets along well with other dogs. He’s mostly housebroken, knows how to use pee pads when necessary, and will happily do his business outside, too. Walking on a leash is still a work in progress, so don’t expect perfectly polished strolls just yet! Bandito does have some extra pounds to lose, and his weight currently makes getting around more difficult. He’s also being treated with medication for a collapsed trachea. His future family will need to be mindful of his medical needs and help him work toward a healthier weight gradually and safely, with guidance from his veterinarian. When it’s time to settle down, Bandito is all about comfort and companionship. He’d probably prefer to snooze as close to you as possible, but he can make himself comfortable in a cozy dog bed or on a soft rug nearby. As long as he knows his people are close, he’s a happy boy! Bandito has a brother named Sombro, but these two are not bonded and do not need to be adopted together. Meet Trixie. Trixie is a German Spitz/Pomeranian mix that came to us from a breeder. She turned 3 years old on June 10, 2026. Trixie weighs about 20 lbs. Trixie has taken a lot of time to learn to trust new people. She is happiest playing with other dogs her size and running around in her foster mom's fenced in yard. Trixie will need another dog in the home to gain confidence and learn from. She loves to play with toys in the dark of the night when no one is watching. Trixie keeps her crate clean and knows to go in when it is time for her foster mom to leave. She is going to need a very calm and patient home that has a love for the breed. She wants to be friends but is afraid of people. So far she has only found one person that she trusts and likes to cuddle with. She will mostly hide when there are visitors except for this one person. We think he may look like someone she knew before. No little kids for Trixie as she will snap when she feels threatened or cornered. She is now spayed, had a dental cleaning and is up to date with vaccines and microchipped.
