Story
Max is one of the sweetest dogs but can be shy at first. Loves to play and is very energetic. Love cuddles and belly rubs. Gets along great with our dogs. He is house trained but needs you go out more frequently than other dogs. Part of the reason we can't keep him is that we both work full time and I'll be starting law school soon and won't be home frequently enough. Needs to be mentally stimulated fairly often.

So if you want to meet me and adopt me, you can be super lucky! i am a smart and sweet girl unfortunately I was at the pound with no more time left.... Until the rescue saw me and knew what a special girl I am and SAVED ME!! Now i am living in all the splendor of being alive and making beautiful music for my friends (howlllinnnggggg like a husky!) And I am so ready to sing for you too! You have to adopt me first, though.... so get to filling out the application and lets' be family FUREVER!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Haku means "pure" in Japanese! I was named for my pure, passionate and overwhelming love for everyone around me! I came to the rescue when my dad was stationed in Japan and heartbroken that he couldn't take me with him. I've missed him so much ever since! Everyday I do the things I did with him with other dogs so I can try and remember what it felt like to be with him! But it's just not the same. So, I'm hoping a new family can come scoop me up and show me what it feels like to be a part of a home and family again! I am good with other dogs, I love playing chase with them or tugging on chew toys. I'll need a happy and active home so that my life will be full of love and fun! I am a bit anxious and nervous around new people, and people in general! Slow introductions, a safe space I can retreat to like a crate and not forcing me into spaces with tons of people will help me be myself all the time! Haku can only be adopted in the local or TX area. Local adoption only, in San Antonio or TX area, $200.
