Carmelito is a big-hearted guy with an even bigger smile! This lovable goofball is convinced that he is, in fact, a lap dog—and honestly, who are we to argue? Carmelito loves snuggling on the couch and will happily curl up next to his favorite people at bedtime. He is affectionate, devoted, and happiest when he gets to be close to the people he loves. When he's not busy perfecting his cuddle skills, Carmelito enjoys getting outside and having some fun! He loves running around with his dog friends, playing chase, going for walks, and settling in with a stuffed or durable chew toy. He's also delightfully clumsy and has a tendency to tumble around on the couch in ways that keep his people laughing. With his goofy grin and equally goofy personality, Carmelito is never short on charm. Carmelito is house-trained, rarely has accidents, and walks nicely on a harness, making him a wonderful companion for daily adventures. He does well with other dogs and is respectful of their boundaries, enjoying their company and opportunities to play. Carmelito can be nervous when meeting new people, especially men, and will need patient, slow introductions while he continues building his confidence. Once he knows he's safe, though, his sweet and affectionate personality truly shines. He is also working on resource guarding around toys, treats, and food, so his new family should be prepared to continue training and thoughtfully manage those situations. For the right family, Carmelito will be a loyal, loving, goofy companion with plenty of cuddles, smiles, and personality to share. I am a beautiful and affectionate adult female Pomsky who is a total sweetheart if I do say so myself!! I love going on leashed walks, eating treats, snuggling and giving kisses!  Fence in yard is not needed for me, but if you have it, I will keep the yard clear of all small critters who may try to come in the yard!  I do, however, need to be leashed when outside, should you not have a fence. I am a calm lady as long as I can see my family, but if they go out of my sight, I get anxious.  If they put me in that cave thing you people call a kennel/crate I will yell at them constantly until they let me out. I mean seriously, do they NOT understand that I too, am part of the family and I should be with them NOT confined in that cave!! I would love to find a family where someone is home most of the time, or someone who can help with my separation anxiety.  Shared walls are not a match for me as I have the "voice of a husky."  As I said, I don't like that kennel thing, but I still make some noise when left alone, even outside the kennel.  I don't do anything naught, except howl for you, but I wait for your return! Anyway, I know the “sit” command; I am potty trained, and I am good with larger dogs. However, I get nippy with smaller dogs and I have a high prey drive, so will chase those meowy things. I need a home with pups my size, or larger, if others are there.  Additionally, I don’t like a lot of commotion, so small kids aren't a match for me.  My foster family thinks that kids over the age of 5 would be good for me. All I dream about now is finding my furever home with a patient person who will shower me with unconditional love, keep me safe and will NOT give up on me. Meet Fireball Frenzy, a 4-month-old Husky who is approximately 10% puppy and 90% pure momentum! 🔥🐺 Fireball is the life of the party and firmly believes that wherever the action is happening, that’s where he needs to be. He greets everyone with a wagging tail and a big puppy smile, happily accepting pets from absolutely anyone willing to participate. If someone is playing, Fireball wants in. If someone is relaxing, he may suggest that they reconsider. And if he thinks he’s being left out, well… he has no problem making his feelings known! This goofy guy has energy to spare and loves running laps around the yard, chasing tennis balls, wrestling with sticks, and showing off his impressive puppy parkour skills. His current specialty is taking a dramatic run-up before jumping over things that absolutely did not require jumping over. He’s still learning that fire pit barriers, downspouts, and other obstacles are not necessarily part of an agility course, so his adventures will need some supervision while he figures out how all those legs are supposed to work together. Fireball is also a champion snuggler and attention-seeker who will happily lean into you or jump up to say hello. He loves being involved and wants to be part of whatever his people are doing. Despite all his husky enthusiasm, he actually settles beautifully in his kennel and seems to find it comforting. He’s surprisingly quiet there, too—a pretty impressive accomplishment for a Husky! Fireball is crate trained and working on potty training and polite leash walking. Like any young Husky, he’ll need plenty of exercise, play, training, mental stimulation, and appropriate chew toys to keep his busy puppy brain occupied. He’s smart, independent, affectionate, and eager to experience everything the world has to offer. And the cat?
