Meet your new best friend, Kaya!
This sweet girl may be a little timid when you first meet her, but once she feels safe, her loving personality shines. Earn her trust, and you'll have a loyal companion who's happiest right by your side—especially if she can do her signature "lean" against your leg while you give her pets.
She's house-trained, kennel-trained, and such a well-mannered girl that she doesn't really need to be crated. At the end of the day, she's an early-to-bed kind of gal who loves curling up in a cozy, cave-like space for a good night's sleep.
She's wonderful with other dogs, especially smaller ones, and would be happy with a canine companion or as your one-and-only. One way to her heart? Cheese! It's her absolute favorite treat.
Like many dogs, loud noises such as fireworks and motorcycles can be scary for her, so she'll do best with a family that understands her need for a calm, reassuring environment during noisy moments.
If you're looking for a gentle soul who will reward your patience with unwavering love and loyalty, this girl is ready to become your devoted best friend. Give her a little time to settle in, and she'll give you her whole heart.

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), FIV/FeLV test (cats - one in the litter), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
