Hi, my name is Luna, and I am from Minnesota!
At 11 months old and about 55 pounds, Luna is a beautiful Husky and German Shepherd mix with a big personality, lots of energy and a whole lot of love to give.
Luna is a fun-loving, smart and playful girl who wants to be involved in everything. Whether it's playing fetch, tug-of-war, going for walks or simply following her people around the house, she's always ready for the next adventure. She's already making progress with her leash manners and is working on commands like sit and come. She's smart and knows what you're asking, but sometimes has a mind of her own!
Luna is great with kids and welcomes visitors with enthusiasm (sometimes a little too much enthusiasm when it comes to jumping up to say hello!). She's not much of a barker, although she does have some of that classic Husky vocal personality.
She's also doing well with the everyday routines of home life. Luna is housetrained, sleeps through the night and is working on going into her kennel, especially if there's a treat involved. After all that puppy energy finally winds down, she has a sweet, cuddly side and enjoys some well-earned affection.
Luna is still learning about boundaries and appropriate play. She can get carried away, especially around other dogs, and is working on her impulse control and sharing space. She would benefit from an active home that can provide exercise, continued training, consistency and plenty of attention.
