Story
Meet Pixie! She is about 6 months old, 17 lbs, and she may have some Rat Terrier in her mix. In her foster home, she is working on house-training, crate-training and has no experience with leash walking. She could go to a home with kids 5+ and other dogs. Cats are unknown. She would benefit from a fenced in yard. Her foster says, "Pixie is as sweet, kind and loving as she is adorable. She is funny and charismatic. She loves having a family to devote all her love time and attention to. This sweet girl will definitely be the sweetest addition and bring so much life, joy and laughter to any family. We can't wait to see updates on Pixie's furever family!!"She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on July 19th. Story
Benny is an incredibly sweet Rat Terrier mix who’s full of life and love. He is almost 8 years old (birthdate 7/4/2016) and is a total cuddle bug for the vast majority of the day, especially when he’s snuggled up with his person - but definitely needs some space to run around (a fenced in yard is ideal) and plenty of opportunities to go on some nice long walks. As a rescue, Benny has fairly significant separation anxiety and some resource guarding tendencies around other dogs, which means he’s best suited for a home with no children under 18 and no other pets. We love Benny with all of our hearts, but with a toddler and another dog at home, we have come to the incredibly difficult decision to help find Benny a more suitable environment where he can be the center of attention.
