Story
Meet Bobby!Bobby came to us from the shelter after being surrendered for escaping—but meeting him, it feels less like he was trying to get out and more like he was searching for a place where he finally felt safe. This gentle 2-year-old, 21-pound boy has a soft, easygoing spirit that makes him instantly lovable. He is dog friendly, house trained, wonderful with children, and thrives on calm, reassuring companionship. While he hasn’t been tested with cats, his laid-back temperament suggests he may do well.Bobby came into rescue heartworm positive, but he completed treatment like a champ and now has a clean bill of health. He’s ready to leave the uncertainty behind and step into a life of comfort and stability.Bobby is not a fan of being crated and would do best in a home where he can have a little more freedom and continue to build trust and confidence. He isn’t asking for much—just a soft place to land, a patient heart, and someone who will give him the time and reassurance he’s been missing. In return, Bobby offers quiet loyalty, gentle companionship, and a love that feels like home.Bobby is ready to finally exhale… all he needs is someone to welcome him in.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

She is great with other dogs, super friendly when she warms up and walks well on the leash. Hazel comes Spayed, Up to Date on Vaccinations & Microchipped. Adoption fee is $250

If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817-984-1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Palmer is a little guy with a big personality—about 15 lbs and 1.5 years old. His adoption fee is $300, though we’re open to adjusting that for the right home. He’s been with us for 8 months, patiently waiting for someone to see past his initial nerves and give him the loving home he deserves. Palmer doesn’t warm up right away and may bite if he feels overwhelmed, but in a calm, predictable environment, he’s made great progress.Though he was originally labeled a bite risk, we’ve seen firsthand how quickly he can adjust—it only took a couple of days for him to bond with our new kennel techs. He just needs someone willing to give him a chance. Palmer still shows stress around new people, so he’ll need someone who understands his boundaries and can give him space to decompress. He would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with little foot traffic. He can be picky with dogs and would likely do best as the only pet, though he’s done well with three calm, respectful dogs currently in our care.If you have a calm home and a patient heart, Palmer could be the perfect fit. Since we do not observe these animals in home settings, we cannot guarantee whether they are housebroken. Upon intake, we ensure the following:Spay/neuter proceduresMicrochippingAll vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (and treatment if necessary)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam, scheduled 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note: Adopters must live within an hour of our facility and be at least 21 years old.Do you have any questions or would you like to schedule an appointment?

THE FOLLOWING PET IS FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT!!! Details belowAdoption application: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57167/genericMeet Bourbon!Like a good bourbon, this handsome boy may be a little reserved at first, but with time and patience, his warm and sweet personality starts to shine through. Bourbon is still learning to trust the world around him and can be nervous in new situations, but he finds comfort in the company of other dogs and enjoys following their lead. Having a confident canine companion in his forever home would help him continue building confidence and feeling secure.Bourbon came to Mutts N Such Rescue alongside his mama and her newborn puppies after they had been living outside in a backyard and shed. His mama is a Chihuahua, and the neighbor’s scruffy white dog is said to be his dad, giving Bourbon his adorable unique look. Because of his past, he will need continued patience, understanding, and guidance while adjusting to life as a loved family member.Bourbon is also considered a flight risk, so he will need a home committed to careful introductions, secure fencing, and extra precautions to help keep him safe while he continues gaining confidence. Beneath his cautious exterior is a sweet boy who deserves the chance to finally relax, feel secure, and know what it means to be truly loved. He was born in May 2024 and is being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. Meet Jojo, a lovable pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He is affectionate, curious, and always ready to make you smile with his playful and sometimes goofy nature. Jojo is incredibly friendly and forms strong bonds with his people, making him a loyal companion who will happily stick by your side. He gets along great with other dogs and even cats, making him a wonderful addition to a multi-pet household. Jojo also loves children of all ages and would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. Jojo enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring and taking in the world around him. While he is not fully potty trained yet, he is doing well with crate training and is on the right track with consistency and patience. With consistency, guidance, and a loving environment, he has all the potential to develop great habits and become a well-mannered companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving dog to grow with your family, Jojo might just be the perfect fit! Jojo weighs 13 pounds, is up to date on all his vaccines and is neutered.
