Story
Hi I am Fred!I am young, energetic, and a little goofy. I love to sprint, explore, and are always curious about everything around us. I am a sweet boy who loves treats and food which will be my biggest motivation. I am still learning the ropes, so I need someone patient to train me. I used to roam freely, what these humans call a stray, but now I am looking for a place to call home. I do get a bit spooked sometimes, but with a patient, loving family, I know I will feel safe. Why should you adopt me? I am not just a pet, I am a companions, and I can't wait to start my journey with you.

Story
Harley is the oldest “puppy” we’ve ever known! She’s playing puppy catch up, doing all the silly puppy things – playing, running, jumping, getting belly rubs – almost like she’s trying to make up for lost puppy time. Most of all, she wants to be close all the time. Harley is amazing with all dogs. She’s all mush, even getting into a big play-bow position as if to convey to a dominant dog, “yes, you’re the boss. I’m just here to be loved.” She became fast friends with all of the other dogs in her foster home. When she is finally ready to collapse after all the playing, all she wants to do is snuggle, to be close, to be loved. She likes to lick, but it’s more of a sweet, little kiss to show affection. She’s very kid friendly, but jumps. She has learned how to sit, go to her kennel, move (when she’s in your way while walking), and learning stay/wait. She is fully potty trained and crate trained. She hasn’t shown any signs of resource guarding! She has to be encouraged to go potty as she just loves to play outside so much, lol! She doesn’t know how big she is. She wants to jump on her smaller dog foster siblings and can play too rough sometimes. With that being said, it would be best if she goes to a home without small animals like cats or small dogs (also due to her high prey drive), kids under 10, or anyone that is a falling risk/unsteady on their feet. She doesn’t have a mean bone in her body, she just doesn’t realize her size! When she’s in public, all she wants to do is meet everyone and treat everyone like her friend. She reminds her foster parents of Ranger, their Rhodesian who knew everyone loved him. Harley is a Ranger, an honor they don’t bestow lightly. The family that adopts Harley will be blessed. She has amazed us with how easily she adapts to new situations and meeting new people and dogs. She’s curious about everything, with a wonder that is endearing. She’s easy to love and will make you wonder how you managed to live without her at all. Adopters must have a fully fenced yard (at least 6 feet - she will clear anything shorter), an active lifestyle, and another dog for her to play with in the home. Again, no children under the age of 10, small animals, or anyone that is a fall risk in the home. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake. ***MOST OF OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS, BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).  Our adoption fee is $450 plus health certificate and transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, microchip (additional $12.99 registration fee required at time of adoption), fecal analysis, spay/neuter for dogs 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport. Story
Lacey is a pretty young, 2 year old, 50 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback mix girl that lived the first years of life on a chain outside in a man’s backyard.  She has had a few litters of pups and PREFERS to be the only queen of the house.  Being always chained, many dogs have a defensive attitude of being jumped on and often prefer to be the only pet in the home.  She is very sweet and loving and adores meeting new people and making friends.  She loves men especially and is gentle with children.  She is so very calm and easy going around the house.  She is not a fan of the crate because it is new to her.   She was never crated until now.  She doesn’t seem to be destructive at all in the house.  She loves sleeping on the bed at night and will sleep right next to you.  She has been in HEAVEN because she has never had the inside comforts of a home.  This smart girl can be taught so many things.  Please consider giving her a comfy and loving home and the life she deserves.  She is ready now!  She is housebroken and loves car rides and can travel to a new home anywhere.  If you want a well rounded and easy dog, you really need to pick Lacey!!!   Email Critter Cavalry Rescue and ask for an application to adopt.   Email:  ccrtennessee@gmail.com  She is ready to pack her bags and head fast as lightning to a new dog bed and people who will treat her like a Queen. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.April 15, 2024, 7:36 pm

Story
Hi 'm Glenda, I'm just a young adult, full of life, and energy to play with you. I may even be up to a meet and greet with other dogs. I've heard people compliment my big ears. They say they're quite lovely, but I think they're just right for listening to your stories and secrets. I may have started as a stray, but I dream of a home where I can be part of a loving family that loves play as much as I do. I promise to bring joy, laughter, and a bit of mischief to your home. Adopt me, and let's create a lifetime of playful memories together.
