Story
Taroth is a 7 year old Rottweiler. He is great with people, other dogs and even kitties. He can be a little stressed by very small children, so he would do best with older children or adult only home. He is housebroken and a very well behaved adult boy. His brother Bua (8 year old Black Mouth Cur/Lab mix) also came into rescue with him. We would love for them to find a home together, but they are also pretty independent and would be okay to be adopted separately. Bua is also dog, cat and kid friendly and housebroken and a very good boy as well. Both dogs are neutered, current on vaccines and ready for a new forever home. Adoption fee is $150 - BOGO if you open your home to both.  ##2781547##

Story
Phineas is a rescue and to which his exact birthdate is unknown. He is a little special in which he doesn’t give kisses but makes a noise with his nose. He loves attention and laying in your lap even though he is a bajillion pounds. He watches tv and loves to be the center of attention. He is not friendly to unknown people as he is kinda a weird dog, so an experienced person is very appropriate. The owner is currently experiencing homelessness so rehoming is the only option. Please give him a chance to prove he is all that your home needs to be complete.

Story
Meet Jaxx: a smart, loyal dog looking for an experienced and loving home.I adopted Jaxx during the COVID 19 pandemic after losing my German Shepherd, Sam. He came into my life at a time of loss and became a steady, loyal companion. Jaxx is extremely intelligent and knows his core commands, like sit, down, stand, and heel, and he genuinely enjoys mental challenges like hide-and-seek and treat puzzles.Indoors, Jaxx is calm, well-mannered, and relaxed, with only normal excitement at the door. He does very well with my daughter’s tiny 2yr old Morkie, showing he can coexist peacefully with small dogs.Rehoming Jaxx is not a decision I’ve made lightly. I am leaving the country, and he deserves a stable home with someone who can help him thrive. Jaxx learns quickly, bonds deeply, and will be an incredibly devoted companion to the right person. Please help me find a forever home or foster home.

Story
Meet Mazy! She’s a very sweet, gentle girl who loves walks, sniffing adventures, bones, cheese, and chest rubs. Once she builds trust, she loves staying close to her person and will place her paw on your arm when she wants more affection.Mazy is fearful of new people and may only approach for a quick sniff at first. She can also be startled by noises on walks but stays right beside or behind me. She has done well with calm dogs, is frightened by barking dogs, and is comfortable around cats. Though she was likely never house-trained, she has been mostly accident-free after only two weeks. Her cautious demeanor suggests possible mistreatment, so she needs a patient, loving home where she can adjust and build trust at her own pace. She has loved the backyard and running around along with the neighbor's dog. I hope to place her directly into a home because a kennel could be traumatic for her. I travel frequently and cannot give Mazy the consistent attention she deserves.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Rosie! This bio was written by a family that fostered Rosie for a couple weeks however the 3 cats in the home were not so happy with the new guest.Rosie is an active and affectionate companion who loves playing tug, going for runs, and splashing in natural waterways. While she is an older dog, she has plenty of energy and focus for training. She is highly toy-motivated and moderately food-motivated. Rosie truly loves her people; she will follow you from room to room and always greets you with a goofy smile. To ensure Rosie succeeds in her new home, there are a few important considerations:  - Supervision: She is capable of jumping a six-foot fence and requires supervision when in the backyard.  - Environment: She would do best as the only pet. While she can appear neutral around other animals, she struggles with confrontation.  - Support: Rosie deals with separation anxiety and an aversion to thunder. She needs a patient owner who can provide structure and continue working on these challenges. In my personal experience with Rosie, I have found her 'issues' to be quite manageable with time and practice. For example, by playing thunder noises during treat times, we were able to reduce her anxiety attacks from 30 minutes down to just five. She does excellently with car rides and leash walking, and she will even politely let you know when it is time for dinner.Rosie has been waiting for her forever home for some time now. She is a sweet, loving girl who just needs the right person or family to give her a chance to shine.Rosie is a sweet and loyal dog seeking her forever home.Rosie is a high-energy, older dog who loves running, swimming, and playing tug. She is toy and food-motivated, making her highly responsive to training. Due to her ability to jump 6-foot fences, she requires supervised outdoor time. While she experiences separation anxiety and thunder aversion, these are manageable; desensitization training has already reduced her storm-related anxiety from 30 minutes to five.Rosie is affectionate, enjoys car rides, and walks well on a leash. She would thrive as the only pet in a structured environment with a present and patient owner.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 19, 2026, 2:34 pm
