Meet Rottie! Your Three-Legged Wonder!
Rottie is a 3-month-old, 20-lb Rottweiler boy who proves every day that a little difference can’t stop a whole lot of fun! This adorable guy doesn’t let having three legs slow him down. He loves running around, playing with his toys, and making the most of every moment. If there’s fun to be had, you can bet Rottie will be right in the middle of it! Three legs, four paws’ worth of personality, and a heart that’s ready to love!
Rottie has been fostered with small and medium-sized dogs and gets along wonderfully with everyone. He also loves people and is always happy to make new friends. Whether he’s playing with his furry buddies or spending time with his humans, Rottie is ready to be part of the action.
Like any young puppy, Rottie is still learning all about this big, exciting world. He spends his days in a puppy pen, so his new family will need to continue working on crate training and potty training. Once he’s a little older, he’ll also be ready to start learning his leash-walking skills. With patience, consistency, and plenty of encouragement, he’ll be on his way to becoming the best little companion!
Rottie may have three legs, but he has absolutely no shortage of love, joy, or puppy spirit. He’s looking for a family who will celebrate his abilities, cheer him on as he grows, and give him all the love a sweet boy like him deserves.
Could Rottie be the missing piece of your family? He’s ready to run straight into your heart! Rottie is currently being fostered in Cincinnati, OH and his adoption fee is $450.
"To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt
All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.
We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal."
