Just like the classic debate- Left Twix versus Right Twix... both sides together ARE THE BEST!!! I am the same way, I am sweet on one side and salty on the other- together we are perfect! I am a big love bug, and although I can be nervous at first- I settle in quickly to be just a big couch potato! I am good with other dogs and would love to have a friend for life in my forever home. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Prince. This handsome boy was shot and left for dead in a dumpster. Somehow this brave boy managed to crawl out. When he was found he had curled up on a couch, gave up, waiting for death. A volunteer was contacted and we rushed him to the vet. He was shot in the eye, the bullet grazed his brain and lodged in his chest. He came in with a severe infection in both the eye. After a week in the ICU, a plasma transfusion and eye removal he is ready for a new home. Prince is great on a leash, absolutely loves people and is very friendly. Playing in the water is a favorite hobby of his. However he is cat reactive and needs to be in a cat-free home. He constantly wants to be with his people. He will need a privacy or 6 foot fence where he can run safely. Prince was born around 11/2021 and he weighs 50 pounds. HIs adoption fee is $300. You can apply for Prince at www.adoggie4you.org. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225 .
