Story
Amazing Ava is a friendly girl that is true blue loyal, kind, easy-to-train, and a gentle giant of a girl. She is fun to have around, calm, and a great partner for playing in the yard.  She would be a fabulous hiking friend and she is described as a great all around personality by her foster mom who certainly knows great dogs.  These are the stats and highlights that make her a great dog.  Amazing Ava is a gorgeous young girl that is just 18 months old, weighs 80 lbs, and is gloriously housetrained! If you are looking for a dog that is ALWAYS IN A GOOD MOOD….she is your girl.  She loves walks and hikes and is game for whatever adventure you want to start on.   Ava gets along well with other dogs and excellent with children.  We call this girl a Rottador, her mother is a Rottweiler and father is a labrador retriever.  Ava would make the best family dog you will ever want.   It is not the outside look of a dog but the inside sweetness and temperament of a dog that garners the brownie points in life.  She is a KEEPER!  She has been spayed, UTD on vaccinations and a very healthy girl.  If you are interested in adopting the best dog you could ever own then Amazing Ava is the girl!  Contact us at Critter Cavalry Rescue by emailing to ccrtennessee@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comSeptember 22, 2023, 9:55 am

Story
Smiling Sadie is a beautiful representation of a 5 year old purebred Rottweiler! Her previous owner allowed her to roam freely, so she has had multiple litters of puppies and was recently spayed but when she was dropped off at the vet office, the owner never returned to get her.  This poor girl was abandoned and now we are trying to help her find a good home.  Smiling Sadie deserves a loving forever home where she can be spoiled rotten for the first time in her life!  What we know about this girl is that she a FUN DOG, goofy and she loves to play fetch the ball.  A home with children over 10 yrs is best due to her size and energy.  She has shown a ton of improvement with socialization while in foster care and can be considered for a home with other dogs that are large and share her energy level and play style.  A meet and greet will be required first.  No Cats or small animals should be in the home.  We just cannot say that we trust her with the small creatures.  If you are out of state we can adopt to you, but not if you have other pets or dogs.  She could easily be an ONLY dog but if she goes on a trial run in Tennessee, she is close enough for a return if things don't work out.  She is pretty good on a leash and almost housebroken.  She is a strong girl that is loving and just wants some attention. PLEASE EMAIL AT ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.September 22, 2023, 9:55 am

Story
Bruno is a very handsome guy who has matured into a hunk of a boy. He's approximately 2 to 2.5 yrs old and is charming. He thrives on lots of exercise, structure, and clear expectations. He would do well with a fairly active adopter with no small children as he can get overstimulated in play with little ones at times. A home with children over 12 who have lived with large, dogs similar to this breed is recommended. Bruno would love a Rottie savvy home who can offer structure and love and fun experiences! He does very well interacting and playing with other dogs, as well as coexisting on group walks. Bruno enjoys physical and mental exercise. He has just completed a training program and is ready to roll! Cats are unknown. Just submit our application on www.kodisclub.org if you'd like to be considered!

Story
AJ is an adorable, petite. 1 year old guy who is very affectionate. He loves attention from his humans and is a loyal companion. While he will whine when not with his family members, he is not destructive, just 'concerned'. He does settle once he has expressed his opinion! AJ is an anxious, timid boy, due to the trauma he suffered that made him homeless. He was found by the police tied to a fence in the middle of the night. He was in good condition so it just didn't make sense. He was taken to the shelter but no one came looking for him. He will need time to decompress in a new home, so patience is an important factor for his anxiety. Once he warms up, and with his humans, he is calm. In the beginning he is 'waiting for the other shoe to drop' because of his past abandonment, but once he realizes he's safe, he adjusts. You couldn't find a sweeter creature than this little guy! AJ loves treats and his favorite snack is a big juicy raw marrow bone. It will keep him busy for hours. The photos are from the shelter, but AJ is now in foster care and is house and crate trained. If you'd like to be considered for him, go to our website at www.kodisclub.org and submit our application. We cannot proceed without that information.

Story
Kenzie is a sweet, affectionate girl who likes short walks and long car rides. She wants to be the center of attention in a low maintenance way . She’s just perfect. Kenzie is housebroken & crate trained. A regal girl who is happy to hang out on the deck on a cool morning or watch a movie with you ( on the coach preferably). Kenzie would prefer to be an only dog to get all your attention but is currently fostered with other dogs. She is comfortable with calm, respectful dogs and her favorite dog in the foster home is a quiet, male Berner. Older children are fine due to her size. Interested? Just hop over to our Application page on www.kodisclub.org and submit yours!
