Story
These puppies were born Oct 20, 2023. They were the result of an unspayed female with an unnuetered male. The owners did not want the litter but did not get the parents fixed so created more unwanted homeless puppies. Will you be their forever home? the males are neutered but the females have not been yet due to a waiting list at the vets to be spayed. (males are easier and quicker to get neutered and didn't have to wait so long). Fees for females is $175. Males $275. UTD on vaccines and deworming. Started on Heartworm preventative. Can be microchipped for an additional $25. family raised and very friendly/happy pups. Mom is a pocket pit and dad a rottweiler. Pictures of parents are available upon request.

Story
King is a 3-year-old fun boy who never met a stranger. He's a good-natured soul, somewhat of a silly goofball! King is pretty large, because based on his DNA test, he is mixed with the Mastiff breed. King's superpower is catching treats on the fly...well, kind of. King came to us Heartworm Positive, but he has completed the treatment and is ready to go! He is fostered in a multi-dog house, but because of the time spent on his treatment, he is just starting to socialize and adores other dogs. He did well on his shelter dog Meet. He's just an easy-going boy. In his spare time, King enjoys playing fetch as well as watching TV while playing with his toys. He especially enjoys watching the Phillies and the Eagles! Due to his size, and the fact that he does jump on people at times out of excitement, elderly/young kids are not a good fit. Cats...no idea! If you'd like to be considered for this big, handsome lug, just go to www.kodisclub.org/applications to help us determine if you are a good fit.

Story
Two year old Harley has just completed a Board and Train program and did quite well. She worked with multiple trainers and training assistants and had a good relationship with each of them. We included the lead trainer's feedback below as they know her best. Harley will need a home that can meet her needs for activity and structure: "Harley is a ton of fun, She has VERY high energy & can be a bit silly but that’s her personality. I would say an ideal home for Harley would be with somebody who lives a very active lifestyle. She is always wanting to move and stretch those legs. Small children (mainly under 13) in a home with her likely aren’t ideal due to her hyperactivity and strength. She’s a strong girl who loves to jump around, I would be concerned with her knocking small children over. She is very social with the dogs that come to our enrichment program. We have been working on teaching her social skills by coaching her while she interacts with dogs so that she can have a more gentle approach. I think she could live in a home with another dog who matches her activity needs. Harley's adopter should be someone who is willing to give her structure throughout her day. When she gets bored she gets barky & tries to find something to do. She doesn't realize she needs time to shut off and relax. We have been working a lot on that off-switch with her through our place command and tether sessions. . As important as it is that we do our part teaching her how to be bored, I think it's just as important her future owner keeps up with it as well". If approved to adopt her, her trainer will spend time with her new family showing them the strategies that worked with this cutie pie. The first step is to submit the application on our website at www.kodisclub.org/applications.

Story
We adopted Zeus in 2019 after he was found in Houston. He is a loveable, cuddly dog with a lot of energy. He’s house trained, leash trained, crate trained and knows several commands. He is smart. We’ve brought him to a trainer and he was impressed with how receptive and trainable he is. He does go to daycare and has never had an issue with other dogs there, but he doesn't get along with our other dog. We have 2 young kids and managing the tension between the two dogs is no longer feasible. Zeus has never shown aggression towards our kids, but he is medium sized (~60 lbs) and high energy so he would probably do better in a house with adults or teens and up who can’t easily be knocked over if he’s running around outside. He will be an extremely loyal companion who provides you with love and attention. We’re devastated at this decision but want him to have the life he deserves and we can’t give that to him right now.
