Bruno is a 4 year old Rottweiler pup who is a really sweet boy. He loves to play with his new toy and enjoy chilling in the yard. He was rescued from a very high kill shelter of Houston, where he was a staff favorite, that kept him alive. He loves to give kisses and lay on you. He is very loving and extremely loyal. As every rottie, Bruno is very strong, and needs a strong handler who will be able to take him on walks if needed. Bruno is very affectionate and adorable. He hugs his foster dad when he returns from work, and is very velcro with him. Unfortunately, they have two other rottie mixes, making it hard to adopt this sweet pup. Therefore they want to make sure that Bruno finds the best home possible. Bruno is also very smart and sensitive. He is extremely well-behaved, quiet, calm, and obedient. He likes to please and hardly ever barks. A home with a fully fenced yard is mandatory, as well as parents with rottweiler experience. Bruno is currently about 110 lb and growing, fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative, and kept on heartworm and flea preventative. Sweet Bruno is being fostered in Houston, but can be transported anywhere, as long as it’s the best home for him. This gentle Rottie mama came to us after being left behind at BARC when another rescue took her puppy but not her. We couldn’t let that be the end of her story. From the moment we met her, her calm, loving spirit won us over. Ceylon is wonderful with other dogs, confident and loyal — exactly what you’d expect from her breed. She’s well-mannered, keeps her kennel clean, and loves soft affection (and treats!). She’s about 5 years old and would thrive in a home where she can finally relax and be someone’s cherished companion. She is heartworm positive, which is common here, but she’s already in treatment, will be just fine, and it’s not contagious to pets or people. This girl deserves a home, not a kennel. I Found Luna along with her siblings, they were 8 but I gave 5 to away to friends and family. Luna is one of the three females that I have left. I’m just trying to find them a better home. Luna is around 3 months and really sweet and also she is the biggest one of all of them. Really good fit for big family or someone looking for a new friend. All Three of them are available.

Story
Banksy is such a sweet boy. He`s eager to please and loves to be pet. He`ll happily zoom around to amuse himself when left to his own devices, but he`ll settle right down next to your side for as long as you`ll pet him. He loves attention. He`s so friendly and loves everyone! He’s done well around children, even gotten along well with other dogs. He love attending in shelter playgroups and has proven that he’s great at reading other dogs’ social cues. If they want him to take it easy he will, but if they want him to play rough and rowdy he can do that too! We`re not sure what his life was like before he came into the shelter as a stray on 5/3/23, but based on the fact that he`s missing the top of his right ear we can only assume it was rough. We`re determined to find him a home where he`ll be surrounded by love and he can forget about any hard times.
