Story
Summer is a delightful medium-sized mix who is eagerly searching for her forever home! This gentle girl has a calm and loving disposition that makes her the perfect companion for a serene household. She can be a bit shy at first, so any kids in the home should be old enough to go slow with her in the beginning. Once she warms up, which doesn`t take long, she is a total sweethear! She is incredibly gentle and affectionate, always ready for a cuddle or a quiet moment by your side. Her calm demeanor makes her an excellent companion for anyone seeking a peaceful and loving dog! What I Need In a Home:* Older children recommended

Story
Osito (Oso) is a one-year-old Shar-Pei mix whose name means “little bear,” and it fits him perfectly. He is 100% a little bear—soft, squishy, and an absolute mush ball at heart. Meet Osito, aka Oso truly lives up to his name—he’s a little bear with the gentlest soul. Oso is incredibly kind and loving, and he absolutely adores other dogs. Having a canine companion is a must for him, as he feels most secure and confident when another dog is around. With a dog friend by his side, he does great being left home and settles in happily. Oso didn’t have an easy start to life. He spent his early days living chained up in a backyard, and when he was finally surrendered, he immediately needed entropion surgery to relieve the pain he’d been living with. Despite everything he’s been through, Oso is incredibly gentle, trusting, and full of love. His resilience is just as beautiful as his sweet heart. Oso is doing really well with cats, too. Occasionally he may show interest in chasing, but he responds well to a firm “no” and typically respects their space. He loves going on walks and enjoys exploring the world, though he can pull when he smells something or sees another dog. With a martingale collar, he is getting better. He’s a sensitive boy who can be a little nervous when meeting new people, especially men, but he warms up more quickly to women and continues to build confidence with patience and kindness. Like many young dogs, he may nibble on unattended items (shoes beware!), but as long as the basics are picked up and he has a nylon bone and a dog buddy, he’s perfectly content. Oso is incredibly sweet, deeply affectionate, and a total heartbreaker. I promise—you will fall in love with him the moment you meet him. If you’re looking for a calm, affectionate companion with a teddy-bear soul, Osito might just be your perfect match LOLA'S Rescue You can email Info@lolasrescue.com anytime with questions pertaining to animals in our care.  ##2596152##

Story
Nico is a sweet, sensitive boy who came from New Mexico, where he lived chained outside for the first years of his life. Since coming into foster care, Nico has become a super snuggly, curious couch potato who loves his people above all else. He is extremely low-maintenance and is comfortable being left alone. He has never been destructive and is completely house-trained! Because of his hard upbringing, Nico is sensitive around his collar and is not comfortable being touched there, nor does he like being kissed on the head or face, but he loves all other kinds of attention! He can also be slightly possessive over his food and toys, but he’s very good about showing when he’s uncomfortable. He has met other dogs outside and done okay, but should still be an only dog. He is also a hard no for cats. Nico needs a home with people who understand his needs, and if you think your living situation is right for him, then you couldn’t find a sweeter, squishier boy to complete your family!

Story
Francis is a stunning blue piebald Olde English Bulldogge puppy with mesmerizing blue eyes, velvety fur, and the most kissable bulldog lips you’ve ever seen. Beneath his tough-guy looks is a sweet, affectionate, and very smart puppy who loves training, playing with toys, and curling up beside his humans for cuddle time. Francis is extremely treat-motivated and learned “sit” in under two minutes. He enjoys enrichment toys, snuffle mats, ball pits, and wrestling with his foster siblings. After playtime, he happily settles in for long snuggle sessions on the couch. Potty training is going very well — he uses the doggy door, goes outside with encouragement, and can usually hold it overnight. Like any puppy, he’s still learning routines and will thrive with continued guidance and consistency. Francis has done well with adults, teenagers, and dogs of all sizes. He may be a bit shy when first meeting new people but warms up quickly once he feels comfortable. Olde English Bulldogges are athletic, playful dogs who enjoy activity and companionship. Francis will do best with a family that has a secure fenced yard, plenty of time for training and play, who will be home with him more often than not, and who has lots of love to give this smart, affectionate boy. *** Go to www.pawsitiverestorations.com to learn all about our dogs, watch their silly videos, read our adoption process, and to submit an adoption application.
