Meet Gia! Gia is one of those dogs who makes you smile the moment you meet her. With her adorable Shar-Pei wrinkles and expressive Boxer face, she gives off total Scooby-Doo vibes—and somehow she's even cuter in person. Her naturally goofy personality keeps everyone laughing, and she has a way of brightening every room she enters.
Gia loves going on walks and already does wonderfully on a leash. She's kennel trained, house trained, and has excellent manners for such a young dog. She also gets along beautifully with other dogs, whether they're tiny or twice her size, and is always happy to make a new friend.
When the adventures are over, Gia is happiest snuggled up with her people. Sweet, affectionate, and easygoing, she's looking for a family to share life's adventures—and plenty of cuddles—with. If you're searching for a fun-loving companion with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Gia may be the perfect match.
Gia is an 8-month-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $500 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Gia is also tested with other dogs, cats, children, and potty and kennel trained. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home.
The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals.
We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!)
Please note, adoption applications are processed within 1–2 business days. Adoption applications cannot be processed onsite at adoption events.
Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525).
