The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.). Our adoption fee is $300 plus health certificate ($50) and transport ($200 for most locations). This adoption fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip (with lifetime registration), and a heartworm test. Spay may not be done for a puppy yet due to age. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport. ##2524415##

These pups made their way from Mississippi to Virginia at just 3 weeks old and have been thriving in a loving foster home ever since. Their mama (Libra, affectionately called Wiggles because of her happy-go-lucky nature) is a gentle, affectionate soul, and it shows — both puppies have inherited her sweet, loving nature. Whether they’re cuddling up for a nap, bouncing around on a new adventure, or charming the socks off every visitor, these pups are full of personality and affection. They’re being raised in a home with two resident dogs and four cats and have done great with everyone. They’ve been spending lots of time outdoors getting used to new sights and sounds, and they’ll be starting crate training soon. Leashes are still new territory, but they're working hard on potty training and their little tails never stop wagging.  Lyra is the sweetest little girl — full of confidence and charm. She’s outgoing, playful and always ready to be the center of attention. Whether she’s zooming around with her brother or soaking up love from her people (she gives the best puppy cuddles), Lyra does everything with enthusiasm.
