We sadly need to rehome our beloved Piper due to increased travel and life changes, making it hard to give her the care she deserves. Piper, a 5-year-old German Shepherd mix, is a medium-sized indoor dog who loves being near her people. While not overly cuddly, she's loyal and alert, making her a great guard dog. She can be slow to warm up but bonds deeply once she does. She struggles with separation anxiety but has a trusted local dog sitter. Good with children, Piper's reaction to cats and dogs is unknown but likely manageable with proper introductions. We seek a loving family who can provide her with attention and stability. This is Emma (all white) and Zoey (black and white). They are both approx 6-7 years old as we were told by their vet. Both are Husky mix. Both love everyone, have never bit etc. loves kids but unsure about cats as we have never owned a cat with them. they are bigger girls and don't at all realize their size lol They are sisters from different misters, as in they have formed a bond to one another and we would really hate to separate them completely BUT they will do just fine if needed to be separated. They are both kennel trained so those will go with them as well as water and food bowls and 2 large bags of their dog food. due to unfortunate circumstances and needing to move the girls can not come with us. we are hoping to find a home that is husky experienced and will make sure to take care of their husky needs aka walks, play etc. thank you so much!
