Story
In a few months, I’ll be leaving for the Air Force, and because of that, I need to find a new home for my dog. I’ve had her since I was 18, and she’s now 13 years old. She’s been with me through pretty much every major part of my life. She’s loyal, calm, and easygoing, but surprisingly energetic for her age. She still loves long walks, being outside, and staying close to her people. At 13, she still has a lot of life and personality in her. This isn’t an easy decision for me at all, but I want to do what’s best for her. She deserves a stable home where she can enjoy her senior years comfortably. I’m looking for someone patient and caring who will treat her like family.

Story
Thor is a 2-year-old Husky looking for a forever home where he can thrive. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of his vaccinations. Thor is a sweet, loyal, and affectionate dog who forms strong bonds with his people. He loves being around his family and enjoys attention and companionship. Like most Huskies, he has plenty of energy and does best with regular exercise, play, and mental stimulation. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for me, and it was not made lightly. My hope is to find Thor a stable, loving home where he can receive the time, attention, and active lifestyle he deserves. I’m looking for a home that understands the Husky breed or is willing to learn about their unique needs. Ideally, his new family will have the time and commitment to provide him with daily exercise, consistency, and lots of love. Because Thor becomes attached to his people, my greatest wish is to find him a forever home where he won’t have to experience another transition.
