Rocket is a super energetic boy, he loves attention and being active. Rocket was rehomed due to prior owner surrender due to children coming to their home. Rocket would do best in a home where he gets lots of attention and who has a yard (as he is leash reactive-to humans, pets & big loud trucks while he’s being walked). He has recovered from an injury which does make him need a strict potty break schedule. Rocket is 5 years old and knows basic commands in english spanish and german like sit, lay and speak. Rocket is highly intelligent but is a goof. Rocket is neutered and is playful and protective. Adoption fee is waive-able for the right loving home.

He is a bit whiny when taking baths but once he is reassured everything is ok he will calm down and even let his owner file his nails calmly. He is not very comfy with being left alone inside or outside but luckily he knows his crate can be a safe place when his owner is absent. He is not sterilized or microchipped however; is up to date on vaccinations.  He might take a short while to get used to his new home but once he knows he is loved he going to be ready for all the attention and love he needs. He will love to walk and run outside. He will love to be surrounded by people who will pet him and maybe he might even let you snuggle up with him. Akira loves to help out in the yard mostly chewing on sticks and rocks that might look scary…won’t you let him protect you from scary sticks and rocks? May 5, 2024, 5:37 am

** COURTESY POST ** ** This animal is NOT at the Rowlett Animal Shelter, so please do not inquire with them ** ** For information contact Jessica at 469-508-6005 or j.lynnhill29@gmail.com ** This is Saki (but her given name at the shelter was Bonita which is still listed on her microchip). She is very sweet, non-aggressive. She was picked up as a stray and spent time in Garland Animal Shelter till she was adopted February 2, 2024. She loves getting her belly rubbed and ears scratched. She is very cuddly and has been an outstanding companion. She doesn't bark or bite/growl. She gets overly excited but after a few minutes she calms down and goes right to sleep. She is smart, she knows a few basic commands like "sit" and "lay down." It doesn't take long at all, she will make you fall in love with her and she will make you miss her when you're away.  May 5, 2024, 5:36 am
