We're looking for a loving, committed home for our 4-year-old female husky mix. This is a difficult decision, but with a second child on the way, we want to find her a family who can give her the time, attention, and activity she deserves.She's a sweet, intelligent girl who is very food-motivated and eager to learn. She knows basic commands, is house-trained, walks well on a leash, and is crate-trained, though she prefers having room to relax. She's approximately 60 lbs, spayed, and up to date on vaccinations.She still has the energy and personality of a working breed and will need regular exercise and mental stimulation to thrive.She would do best in a home with older children who respect a dog's personal space. She's selective about other dogs, so a home where she's the only pet may be the best fit. Her compatibility with cats is unknown.We're hoping to find someone who understands her needs and can provide a stable, loving home for the rest of her life.

Kaiser had no where else to go when his family’s rental home sold quickly (within 2 weeks). His family waited until the last minute to try to find him a home without success. I went and got him this past Sunday evening (Sept.20th) because there were no other options for Kaiser. He was mainly an outside dog and kenneled indoors sometimes. He is underweight, not neutered, pretty sure not up to date on shots (trying to figure that out). Kaiser is around 1 1/2 years old. Gets along with our 3 dogs. Plays well with our Great Pyrenees (145 lbs)Our chiweenie (8 lbs)likes to chase Kaiser and play, and he is doing well with her and our older chihuahua. He will need lots of patience, as he has so much anxiety and is really scared right now due to losing his home and his people. He loves to play ball and run. He does great in his kennel and is potty trained. He will need time to decompress/trust. Very sweet/loving. Will pay for updated vaccines and neuter, if it doesn’t happen before adoption
