Story
Hi… my name is Buddy 🤎 I’m a 2-year-old Shiba × Jindo mix girl, about 15kg — with little “four-eyes” markings above my eyes that make me look like I’m always gently observing the world. People often notice my face first. My expressions are clear and thoughtful. When I look at you quietly, something about it makes your heart lean a little closer. But my real charm isn’t just how I look — it’s who I am. I’m not a loud or flashy dog. I don’t run wildly around the house or constantly demand attention. Instead, I sit beside you quietly, watching your movements, simply happy sharing the same space. My energy level isn’t very high, so I fit beautifully into calm homes that enjoy peaceful daily life. --- On walks, I move at a steady pace. When I play, I don’t overdo it. I have a balanced, gentle personality. I get along well with other dogs too. I’m not the type to lead the group, but I adjust comfortably and build easy relationships. Because of that, I could live peacefully in a multi-dog home. There is something important you should know about me, though. Home life will be new for me — a house, daily routines with people, rules inside the home, spending time alone. I may not understand everything at first. Potty habits, house manners, daily structure — these are things I will need to learn step by step. So yes, I might make mistakes in the beginning. I might seem a little unsure. But those moments won’t be flaws. They’ll simply be signs that no one has ever had the chance to teach me before. --- What I need is not a family who expects me to adjust overnight. I need a family who will wait — who explains instead of scolds, who guides instead of rushes, who understands that patience builds trust. In the right home, where I feel safe and steady, I will slowly show you more of myself — my quiet affection, my loyalty, my calm companionship. I’m a dog who understands quiet happiness. I don’t need to be the loudest to matter. I don’t need to stand out to be enough. Just being beside you is everything to me. With my little “four-eyes,” I’ve been watching the world carefully. Now, I’m hoping to look at just one person — my person — and walk beside them for the rest of my life. Will you move at my pace and build our first home together? 🐾🤍

Story
Hi… my name is Maesil 🍃 I’m a 1-year-old Shiba × Jindo mix girl, about 10kg — small, bright, and just beginning my real life. I was rescued from a dog meat farm. Since the day I was born, I knew metal bars and loud, unfamiliar noises before I ever knew gentle hands. I spent more time enduring than learning, more time surviving than living. So when we first meet, I might be just a little cautious. But it’s not fear that fills my heart. It’s more like I’m softly asking, “Is this okay? Are you safe?” With one treat and one kind voice, my question melts away. I’ll carefully step closer… and before you know it, my tail will be wagging just for you. --- Once I open up, I’m actually very affectionate. I love sitting close beside my person, looking into your eyes, and asking for attention in the sweetest ways. It almost feels like I instinctively know how to love — I just needed the chance to show it. I get along very well with other dogs my age. I enjoy playing and being part of a group. My energy is bright and healthy, and I carry a natural cheerfulness inside me. And walks? I absolutely love them. When I step outside, the whole world feels magical. Every sound, every breeze, every scent on the ground — it’s all new and fascinating. I haven’t been out in the world for very long, so everything is a discovery. The street noises, passing people, the wind brushing my fur… it’s my first time experiencing it all. --- That also means home life is new to me — living inside a house, learning potty routines, understanding daily rhythms, spending time alone calmly, and learning the rules of living with people. No one has had the chance to teach me these things yet. So I will need patience. I will need guidance. I will need someone who teaches me slowly from the very beginning. But please don’t worry — I truly want to learn. I listen. I pay attention. I try. If you guide me with love instead of scolding, with patience instead of rushing, I promise I will grow into a stable and trustworthy companion. --- I’m still young, and I’ve only just begun my “ordinary” life. I’m waiting to become someone’s joy — someone’s walking partner, someone who shares the start and end of each day. Will you be the family who teaches me all my firsts? Will you fill my world with love instead of fear? If you walk beside me from the beginning, I will stay beside you for the rest of my life. 🐾🤍

Good with dogs,
Story
Hi… my name is Holly. Before I even had the chance to understand what the world was, I was standing at the edge of losing it. I was on a euthanasia list. I didn’t know what that meant — only that everything felt uncertain and scary. But someone gave me another chance. Now I’m here, waiting for you. I’m a little shy at first. When I meet new people or step into new places, I like to pause and watch from a small distance. I just need a moment to understand that I’m safe. If you give me that time, I promise you’ll see something special — I’ll slowly walk closer, maybe sit near you, maybe rest quietly by your side. I’m not the kind of girl who rushes in with big, dramatic affection. I’m the kind who loves deeply once I trust you. Because I’m a Shiba mix, I’m observant and thoughtful. I notice your tone, your mood, the way you move. The less you rush me, the faster I open my heart. I get along well with other dogs too. I don’t push to be the center of attention — I prefer to read the room and join gently. I’m only 10 months old. I’m still learning what it means to live in a home. House rules, walks, playtime, rest — these are all things I’m ready to learn with you. What I need most isn’t pressure to be perfect. I need patience. Consistency. A calm voice that says, “It’s okay, Holly. Take your time.” If I can grow up in a stable home… If someone calls my name softly each day… If I can build trust little by little… I will become a steady, loyal, deeply devoted companion. I’m looking for a family who appreciates quiet connection. A family who understands that love doesn’t have to be loud to be powerful. A family who will cherish the moment when a shy dog finally chooses to lean into them. I was once almost out of time. Now I’m waiting for my forever. Will you hold my paw and show me that my world can be filled with safety instead of fear — with love instead of uncertainty? I’ll be waiting for you. 🐾
