HERE THEY ARE....WOODY AND BUZZ LIGHTYEAR (Buzz for short)....and they are creating a toy story all their own! This pair of some kind of fluffy dogs, probably Shih Tzu Poodle, are blood brothers. Woody is 4 yrs old, 8.5 lbs, b/w; and Buzz is 4 yrs old, 17 lbs and cream/tan. They are a bonded pair, who absolutely love each other and will not be split up, so please don't ask.
Woody and Buzz came from the Carson Animal Shelter and we wanted to make sure they didn't get split up so we agreed to take them both. They are 10000000% the sweetest and cutest boys ever! They even pp in unison! They both love to cuddle with each other and with you...so very affectionate they are like a single dog. We haven't seen them playing much with toys or with each other yet, but they just arrived. They are still getting accustomed to getting lots of love, lots of walks and lots of attention! They do their business outside for the most part, and when they cant get out, they will use PP pads. No guarantees at your house tho! For the most part, they are quiet until you greet them in the morning or when a stranger comes to the door — they are great watch dogs!! But they are so sweet, it doesn't take but a minute for them to be lovingly kissing your face, especially Buzz!
The ideal home for these boys will be one where they will have a yard to play in, an active family, maybe kids over 8 yrs old (because they are sooooooo sweet and easy going without any issues we've seen) who can grow up with them. These boys acclimate very easily and will make a house a warm and cuddly home. How does that sound to you???

Lhasa Happy Homes will be now holding our adoption events the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month on Main Street in Santa Monica (check calendar link below for special events and directions). Our event is located at 2116 Main Street, in Santa Monica, CA. Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household. Main Street is famous for its innovative shops and is close to the beach! Make a day of it!! Metered parking on the street and free parking on 4th and Bicknell Streets.
Here you will have an opportunity to interact with the dogs and see which might be a perfect fit with your household....and do some fantastic shopping at the same time! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring pictures or video of your home and yard if we have not done a home check (preferred)! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!
