Lucky is a really loving dog. He's been a part of our family for 5 years and it's a very hard decision to rehome him. Lucky's a relaxed, chill dog when hanging out at home and very loving with his people. He also enjoys long walks and hikes. He gives the sweetest cuddles and prefers to be close with his people. He’s the most affectionate dog we know. We have worked really hard to give him a loving home, but we now have two children and believe Lucky would be happier in a house without any kiddos. Like many rescues, he can be unpredictable with new people. He has responded well to training and is taking medication for anxiety, but he has nipped when startled on occasion. We believe a perfect home for him would be one without children and with a loving owner looking for an affectionate dog to cuddle with and care for.

We acquired Lucia through an online ad from a family that was selling her, she immediately got along very well with our other dogs and integrated well into the family. She had previously been living in a situation with restricted physical activity, but when she started playing with dogs that run around a lot she quickly adapted and is now able to keep up with them while playing or going on walks. She is a sweet dog that is pretty chilled out in most situations. While she is house trained, she sometimes pees on furniture and eats the other dogs' poop, which is our main issue with her. With three other dogs and two kids to take care of, it's hard for us to keep up with cleaning the furniture and looking after Lucia. She is spayed and up to date with her shots and other medical procedures.

I'm a very nice, very easy going lady. 12 lbs 5 years old with one micro eye and one eye "in the works"-big ulcer when I was rescued but it's getting better every day. I just did not receive the proper care before but now I sure am! I am great with everyone-as gentle as can be. Dogs-Kids-Cats-a ok! can't wait to meet you! *please note All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet.
