Rescued from two drug dealers that tragically didn’t get her the care she needed after being hit by a car, Savannah suffered a broken pelvis and tail.Despite all fires and evacuations, thanks to Two Hands Four Paws and our amazing team, we were able to get her into emergency surgery, she’s on the road to recovery. Though she’s now a tripod (she has all four legs but hasn't been able to put weight on one leg yet), Savannah’s strength and spirit are undeniable.Savannah is in need of a foster home where someone can offer her the time and care she deserves. She does great with other dogs and hasn’t had any issues there. However, she does experience some separation anxiety, so she would thrive in a home where someone is around often to comfort her, hold her, and keep her close. Savannah will also need a patient person who understands that her journey to full recovery will take time (plus will support with getting her to physical therapy).If you can offer her the steady, loving home she needs to continue healing, please reach out. Vance is a super sweet, wonderful, loving little boy. He has never bitten or shown aggression. He approached me on a golf course in Palm Springs in the summer of 2020, and I have taken care of him ever since, as the owner was never found (I contacted local animal shelters, vets, etc and posted online ads in several places such as CraigsList, but no one ever claimed him). I am having health issues and cannot keep him any longer, which breaks my heart, because he is a very good dog. He is housebroken, good with other dogs, good with children, but shy with adult strangers. He is never aggressive, just shy around strangers. His only behavioral issue is that if he hears a loud noise outside when walking on a leash, he will pull. I have tried to train him but he still pulls. For someone stronger than me (I am a 110 pound female), and who does not have back problems, this should not be an issue. The pulling is his only challenge.

From there, if your application looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet.
