They all arrived with upper respiratory infections when they were trapped and struggling to thrive. While being cared for by the foster, they have thrived and are loving the safety and security of a home. They are looking forward to having a home to call their own and putting the outdoor life behind them forever.  We are learning more about each of them and will be updating their bios as they become settled in more.  They all will need to be adopted either with a sibling or must have another cat in the home. He is very shy and will need a patient and calm home. Hello my name is Baby, I'm from Minnesota! From his foster: Baby is a sweet and polite old boy who came to TBB after his owner passed away. He has mostly kept to himself so far, but has shown to be a total lover boy once he's feeling comfortable. He really enjoys being brushed, which is great considering his beautiful long hair! He is indifferent towards my resident dog and cat and seems to prefer the company of people. It may take him a little bit of time to come out of his shell, but Baby is a fluffy sweetheart who would love to spend his golden years in a quiet and low-key home. From the Vet: Baby Buddy is hoping to find some one with a open heart and home for a senior love bug! He has some typical old cat indicators on his lab work including hyperthyroidism and signs of mild kidney disfunction. We will be encouraging water intake to help that as well as starting on a thyroid supplement medication. He likely needs some dental work done if his lab work improves on these supportive medications. If determined safe, and necessary TBB will cover a dental procedure to remove any diseased teeth causing Buddy any issues. We hope to help him manage these things so he will be a welcome addition to the warmest spot on your couch in his golden years!

Meet Johnny Come Lately, a handsome little Siamese boy, rescued from a trailer park and ready for a new start! Despite his rough beginnings, he’s full of love and charm. He’s a playful little guy who enjoys toys, attention, and making friends with everyone he meets. Once he knows you, he’ll happily follow you around for cuddles and playtime. This affectionate sweetheart is proof that big hearts can come in small, furry packages!

Murietta came from a hoarder’s house. The house was so crowded with stuff and other cats that Murietta was forced to find a place to call her own - the rafters. It’s been years since Murietta was rescued from that hoarder’s house but the horrors she lived through are fresh in her head. Years later, she still prefers the rafters. She likes to be up high. Her tower is her security. Murietta doesn’t live completely in her castle in the clouds. When she does venture down to earth, she loves to curl up with her friend Scrappy. Scrappy is very similar in purrsonality to Murietta. He hasn’t been convinced that he needs to interact with humans. Both Murietta and Scrappy are sweet cats. There’s not a bad bone in their bodies. They just prefer cats to humans. Their adopter needs to appreciate their preferences. Murietta is very bonded to her friend Scrappy. She must be adopted with him.
