Story
Skye is an 8-year-old Siamese mix who has been a loved part of our family for many years. She was found as a tiny kitten along the side of the road in 2018 and became our teenager’s pet. During COVID, and a move on our part, my mom took her in, and they quickly bonded.Due to my elderly mom's declining health, she can no longer care for Skye, and we want to find her a home that better suits her personality and needs. We have taken Skye in again, but have since gotten another cat. Despite efforts we cannot convince the two to get along.Skye is independent, strong-willed, and a bit of a “slow burn.” She prefers affection on her own terms, but with time and trust she becomes affectionate and enjoys lap time, head butts, and forehead kisses. She may not give the best first impression, as siamese are known for, but patience pays off.She wants to be an only cat. She has lived with dogs (labrador retrievers) in the past, but she is happier and more relaxed in a dog and (other) cat free home.

Good with cats,
Story
Meet “Ash Lee” aka Meezer Hi, I’m Meezer! My name comes from being a Siamese, or a “meezer,” of course! It just stuck. My foster parents consider me the “chill observer” of my litter. While my brother and sister are usually off causing chaos together, I’m perfectly content watching their parkour antics from the comfort of my cozy bed. But don’t let my calm personality fool you, I just like to join them on my own time. I can absolutely hold my own with those rascals when it’s time for a zoomie race around the house or a WWE style wrestling match! I’ve become especially fond of one of my foster home’s resident cats, and have slowly inched my way closer to him wuth time, until he finally caved and let me snuggle up with him. He even grooms me sometimes. It’s become our little routine. The humans here make great napping spots as well…and cuddling with my brother and sister is always a nice place to snooze... Pretty much, with my easy going nature, anywhere can be a prime napping spot! If you’re looking for a gentle, thoughtful kitten with the perfect mix of playful energy and peaceful cuddles, I think we’d make a wonderful team. To learn more about Ash Lee, please complete an adoption application. https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/BKB-A-8144 Kittens need buddies! We require that kittens be adopted with a sibling or go to a home that already has another young companion animal. If you already have a young animal or another kitten in your home, great! If not, Ash Lee will need to be adopted with one of their siblings (Ember Rae and Smokey the Bear). The adoption fee for a kitten is $250. For a pair, the adoption fee is $500. Note: Kittens must be 10+ weeks old before they can go home. For more information about adopting a Bitty Kitty: https://bittykittybrigade.org/adopt/

Story
Why, hello there, my name is Custard. I am sometimes called Cuss Cuss because I make interesting chirps and squeals when the mood strikes. I love to wrestle and play with my siblings, play with any toy I can get my paws on, clean my beautiful white fur, and keep everyone guessing on what I’ll do next. Humans say that I march to the beat of my own drum. I’m not sure what that means but I'm too busy having fun to figure it out! Although play time is my favorite time, I’m cool with meeting new people and when I show affection to humans they really seem to think it's something special. I suppose it's because they know I really mean it. I think I’m very striking with my blue eyes and mostly white fur and striped ears. I’m a pro at using the litterbox and keeping myself pristinely clean. My foster humans seem impressed by that. If you would like a pair of kittens, I cuddle and play with my siblings Pudding and Sundae the most. If you’re looking for a confident, playful, and endlessly entertaining kitten, then we should meet! We can go on all sorts of adventures together! Story
Hi! I’m Gorgonzola aka Zola. I’m the tiniest lady amongst my littermates, but I stand out with my stunning face and delightful personality. I may be small but I don’t lack for confidence and love to wrestle with my litter mates and curling up next to my giant, 70 pound, dog friend. She might growl but I still burrow into her fur anyway. My perfect day includes a tasty wet food breakfast in the morning followed by curling up on my human’s lap. In the afternoon I might lay in the sun on my cat tree or get lost in the wonder that is an open cardboard box for an hour or so. I have been around all sorts of different people, including children, and was ready to make friends with all of them. My perfect home would have at least one more kitten around my age and a family that is prepared for me to climb them so I can nuzzle up to their faces. The time of day is irrelevant. Story
Hi! I’m Manchego aka Manny! I’m a spicy growing boy that’s a natural leader among my littermates. My mom and dad like to suggest that I’m basically a dog in a cat’s body. Like most Siamese cats, I have a lot to discuss with you. I'm always excited to see you come home and will greet you enthusiastically with a purr you can hear from across the house. There are very few things that will stand in my way when the potential for attention is on the line, and thanks to my stocky body I can just, sort of, power through. I am however a very calm kitten that likes to ease my way into most things regardless of if it’s time to eat or jump into the play pile with my littermates. My perfect home has a lot of space to run around and someone that appreciates chatting with me about our day.
