Story
PLEASE NOTE: This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to Massachusetts shortly with no additional travel costs. Roughly 90% of our dogs are adopted prior to their transport up to MA and 10% are adopted locally.Meet Ginger! Ginger is approximately 2 years old, about 44 pounds at the moment and she may have some doodle in her mix! She is being rehomed due to her family having too many other dogs. She is making great progress with house training, crate training, and leash walking. She could join households with kids 10+ and other playful dogs. No cats or apartments, please! Her foster says, `Ginger is a very happy, obedient girl. She`s very active outside running around but when inside, she enjoys laying around chewing on a Benebone or playing with her ball. She does wonderful in her crate and is almost totally house-trained, just a few accidents. She`ll make a great addition to some lucky family.`She is available for adoption in N Dartmouth on February 27th. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.- Dogs may not be given as gifts or surprises.- Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, safety, financial and emotional responsibilities of a dog BEFORE applying to adopt.- More information about our adoption process, application and adoption fees can be found at browndogcoalition.com

Story
Holly is a smart , loving and very energetic 16 month old. A change in my life/job circumstances does not allow me to give her the attention she deserves. She loves to go for long walks and fetch balls.. She goes to a dog daycare currently and really enjoys other dogs. She would do well in a home with older children or another dog. I say this because she is a jumper and might accidentally hurt a small child. She is a little skittish around new people and takes a while to warm up to them. This is my second standard poodle, my first lived to be almost 16 years old. Poodles are extremely bright, ptotective and loyal. They need regular grooming , about every 6 weeks as they have hair versus fur. I have had several people reach out that do not have enclosed yards (invisible is fine) which would make it hard to container her, she has that now. .Please only applications from Rhode Island and any areas within an hour of Cumberland
