Story
Dakota is a beautiful 1.8-year-old Pyredoodle** who was rescued from an unsafe situation and is now looking for a committed forever family. She’s about 60 lbs, spayed, vaccinated**, and still very much a playful young dog. Dakota is currently doing great with both small and large dogs and especially loves playing with her larger foster sibling. She enjoys two 30-minute walks a day and sleeps comfortably in her kennel at night. A previous adopter reported that Dakota jumped a 6-foot fence and had some issues with other dogs, but we have not seen those behaviors in her current foster home. She has also previously been reported as not good with cats, although her most recent adopter said she peacefully coexisted with one. It depends I guess. Dakota needs a family willing to provide exercise, consistency, patience, and continued training. She’s young, loving, and deserves someone committed to helping her become the wonderful dog we know she can be. And seriously... those eyelashes! **Dallas/Fort Worth, Complete your application today at Chloespetrescue.org/application Mom and dad, one is poodle and the other is a Pyr. Don’t know which was which. Adoption fee is $375

Story
Ideal Home -Sir Larrington has demands (of course, he does): a yard for energetic zoomies, a canine pal who enjoys romping and playing, a cozy couch for snuggles, and an open view on car-rides. -If you’re looking for a doodle to keep up with an active lifestyle, Larry is the dood. -As with all gentry, he needs a tutor to continue refining his manners and skills. Personality -Sir Larrington is adamant about affection. His hugs and cuddles are undeniable. -Don’t be fooled by his high-falootin’ name, this dood is as goofy as they come. -He enjoys his role as Neighborhood Welcome WAG-gin’, greeting humans and dogs alike on his walks. -After an inauspicious start in a local shelter, Sir Larrington quickly rose through the ranks, impressing everyone with his friendly, playful nature. -He will happily entertain himself if other playmates are busy. He will toss a ball for himself and pounce on it or gently mouth his toys as he winds down for the night. Is Sir Larrington Your Match? Sir Larrington’s adoption fee is $650. He is HW-negative, current on vaccinations and HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Sir Larrington a second chance. Story
Archie is the kind of boy who believes life is better when he’s right in the middle of it—preferably with his people, going for a car ride, or soaking up all the attention he can get. He’s a sweet, affectionate, people-loving boy who is potty trained and absolutely loves riding in the car. He’s also a pretty enthusiastic guy! When he sees someone he wants to meet but can’t get to, he can get a little carried away and bark with excitement. He’s learning that patience is a virtue, especially when new friends are involved. Archie is still working on his leash manners, but he’s already making progress. He recently started going running with his person, and he’s learning that walks are about more than just getting where you’re going—they’re also about listening and staying connected. He was previously crate trained and did wonderfully, never crying or whining while crated. He just hasn’t been using his crate consistently for a while, so he’ll need a little refresher as he settles into his new home. What Archie really wants is pretty simple: people to love, attention to soak up, and someone who will keep working with him as he learns. In return, you’ll get one very sweet, very affectionate boy who is ready to be your constant companion. And yes, Archie has opinions about treats. Salmon, peanut butter cookies, Freshpet bacon strips, and Blue Buffalo training treats all get his vote. ❤️ Ready for a meet and greet? Kick off the process with an application at www.flyingbrescue.org/adopt. Our application is thorough but there are no right or wrong answers - we just want to make sure you and the pet are the perfect match. Once we receive your application, we will schedule a phone interview. Our adoptions include a 2-week trial period with fully refundable adoption fees during that period. If you are located outside of Texas, we offer transportation services and have happy families as references. We value transparency, so don’t be afraid to ask us anything.
