Story
This is Bagheera, his birthday is Nov. 27th, 2024. He may look all black, but hes actually a black tabby with a lot of chocolate coloring when the sun hits his fur. He also has a little white heart patch of his tummy. He's very confident and a big time lover for people. He can not be over-stimulated, it's not possible, he will take as much love your willing to give and some. You can pick him up, snuggle him, throw him over your shoulder, he doesnt care as long as your paying attention to him. He has experience living with dogs, but prefers to stay out of their way. He is OK with other cats, but can tend to be a bully and will asert his dominance, he will not stand for 2nd chair and will make that very clear. He responds to his name and is very vocal, as I said he is a very confident cat.

Story
I rescued my kitten from the street when she was very young. She is now 9 months old and has been raised with lots of love and care. She is affectionate, playful, curious, and very sweet. With a heavy heart, I’m looking for a new home for her because, since having my baby, I’m no longer able to give her the time and attention she deserves. My hope is to find a loving, responsible family who will care for her and give her a safe, forever home.

Story
Adorable ~3-month-old male brown tabby kitten looking for a loving home. He was rescued from a home where he could no longer be cared for and has always lived indoors—he has never been on the street. He is a sweet, beautiful young kitten, and we are currently caring for him while we find him a safe, loving, permanent home.

Luna is one of 4 kittens born to Coco Channel on 7/1/26 in my home. Coco, her Mom is a friendly, sweet Community Cat I've looked after for months. Luna is healthy, curious, and a bit shy. She loves to explore and play. Luna is litter box trained. I recommend rehoming Luna and one of her siblings as they'd keep each other company and feel more comfortable. ☆The last 2 cats I adopted together were siblings: Pumpkin & Sassafras (both have crossed the Rainbow Bridge after 15 years 💝)

Story
At just one year old, Dusty lost everything familiar—her home, her human, and her furry family. Shelter life has left her frightened and hiding, but sit quietly with her and glimpses of the real Dusty appear: treats from your hand, soft blinks, gentle pets, even purrs. She needs a calm, quiet home and someone willing to let trust unfold. Dusty’s story doesn’t have to end with loss. She has many chapters left.

Story
Ciara came to us about a year ago when her owner unexpectedly passed away. She had lived in a house with a few other cats and got along well with them. She then thought she had found her forever home when she was abruptly returned to the organization. She is nothing but the sweetest thing and loves to snuggle, be a lap cat, she loves to play with a lazer pointer, crinkly toys and loves a bit of cat nip from time to time as a guilty pleasure. This amazing cat needs to hit the jack pot with this next phase of her life and know that this is going to be her forever home. Cats live up to 20 years and are not disposable and need to be considered as part of your family. Here are great links to help you transition with your new Cat/kitten. https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/bringing-home-your-new-kitten https://www.meowfoundation.com/resources/new-cat/ Please give your new kitten/cat time to acclimate to your home. It’s called the rule of 3/3/3. The first 3 days your new pet will be unsettled and scared, unsure of what’s going on. About 3 weeks your new pet will start to feel at home and more confident. Within 3 months your new pet will feel safe and secure that he/she has finally found a final forever home. Smooth Transitions A new cat/kitten should be isolated in one room (a bathroom is best so he/she can’t hide under a bed or couch) for 7-10 days. This also allows the cats to become familiar with the sounds and scents of the house. If you have other cat(s) and/or dogs this allows for proper introductions for each other before meeting, which tends to smooth out the first encounter considerably. Make sure you spend lots of quality time with your new cat/kitten during the isolation period so that he/she associates the new smells and sounds of the new cat with positive attention. Eventually, you may introduce the new cat within a carrier to the other cat and judge the response. When the introduction response becomes neutral or calmly interested, a barrier-free meeting may be in order. Trust your read on the mood between the cats. We feed our kittens/cats Kirkland brand cat/kitten food.. Make sure to transition onto the food you will be feeding slowly to help from getting loose stool, continued diarrhea can cause dehydration and can become a medical emergency. PLEASE TAKE THE STEPS NEEDED TO REGISTER YOUR PET’S MICROCHIP We are a 100% volunteer run organization. We are always looking for amazing volunteers.

Story
Moose is still finding his courage. He’ll shyly approach, rub against your legs and ask for gentle affection. He may startle easily—but his desire for connection keeps winning. Give him a moment and Moose sweetly gathers his courage and comes back for more. He’s learning that people can be safe—and he’d love someone patient to keep showing him.
