Story
Marbles — must be adopted with AshesMarbles is a sweet, easygoing gentleman born in 2008. He has spent his entire life with Ashes, born in 2009, and they have never lived apart. They are deeply bonded and must be adopted together..Marbles is the more outgoing of the pair. He enjoys being near his people, gentle affection, brushing, cozy naps, treats, and the quiet rhythms of home. He has the relaxed, affectionate nature that makes senior cats wonderful companions.Marbles and Ashes sleep together, groom one another, and give each other comfort and security. We are looking for one loving home for them both.Marbles is indoor-only, litter-box trained, neutered, microchipped, and accustomed to regular veterinary care. They would thrive in a calm home with people who appreciate older cats. They are being rehomed only because of a serious household allergy. They have been cherished all their lives, and we hope to find them a loving retirement together.

Story
Biscuit is a handsome, playful boy who will be 3 years old in early July. He was found as a 4-5 week old kitten in a rose bush and we hoped he could make a good companion for our other cat. Unfortunately, Biscuit very often follows her around and sneaks up on her as if he’s hunting. She’s 13 now and we feel it’s too much stress for her to deal with in her golden years. We’ve boarded Biscuit a few times while traveling and always ask how he behaved (with the other cats especially), but to our surprise the staff has always said he does well. If he shares a home with other cats, we think it’s best that they’re closer in age/energy level. Biscuit has met a small dog and was very curious, so he potentially could get along with a dog as well. His favorite things include crumpled receipts, playing fetch, arugula, and laying belly up while waiting for dinner.

Story
We adopted Ronen in 2016 as a teeny tiny, abandoned kitten with the biggest green eyes and a beautiful blue-gray coat! He adapted well to our new puppy after being the only pet in the house for 4 years. He is an excellent bug hunter and can be affectionate and playful once he feels bonded to you. Ronen is very agile for a 10 yr old cat and can jump onto a 5 ft. wall with ease. He likes to sit on the windowsill, watching the birds or basking in the sun. He loves to nap and is not a picky eater. He would thrive in a calm home with a family and is okay with other pets.

Story
Marion is a very sweet cat. We have had him for a year, so he is a little over a year old. He likes to cuddle, especially in the evening and in the afternoons which can get tricky if you have zoom meetings. He can be a little timid around kids, but has never brought out his claws on our 4-year old. We need to help him find a new home because our schedule just has us moving around a lot and it's been too busy with a little kid.

Story
Velvet is a highly social, observant, calm, patient, obedient, curious, intelligent, playful, and sweet girl who loves to rub her head against your leg and receive hugs and cuddles. Between her and her sister Ellie, Velvet is the more dominant cat as she is bigger and more muscular. During play she is an agile cat and has a fast reactive speed. When she was a kitten she liked to nip the hands of her owner but she has been trained to refrain from nipping. Velvet and her sister, Ellie are bonded. This means they must be adopted together.

Story
Ellie or Eliά (which means Olive in Greek for the color of her eyes) is the smaller, more timid and feisty one of the cats. Between her and her sister Velvet, Ellie is the more “skittish” cat which means she is a bit more anxious when she is in new environments and when she meets new people. What makes her “feisty” is that when she is anxious or in need of attention she will announce it by meowing loudly. That is when she makes her presence known! Once she is more comfortable with her surroundings she will display her highly social demeanor by rubbing her head against your leg or arm to let you know she wants to be petted. During play her reactive speed is not as fast as her sister Velvet’s but she likes to play with small cat toys such as jingle balls and tiny stuffed animals. She also knows how to open clothing drawers that slide out! Ellie and her sister, Velvet are bonded which means they must be adopted together.
