Story
Meet Samson, a wonderfully calm and nice four-year-old companion whom I was fortunate enough to adopt from a shelter in Milpitas. He possesses a great balance, being quite independent yet still enjoying being around people and following his owner very well. Samson especially enjoys playing with kids, showing his sweet nature. In his new home, I am primarily looking for an owner who can dedicate as much quality time as possible to him, ensuring he gets the attention and companionship he deserves.

Story
Candy corn is a healthy, sweet, gentle, and playful 3-month old kitty. He is super cute and seems to enjoy guarding his favorite people when they are sleeping, working at home, or just whenever he feels a need to. Candy corn normally starts his day with a patrol of the house and then proceeds to play with his bell or pom pom toys, after that he will do several nail salon sessions through scratch boards. He will then enjoy his well-deserved meal and will lay peacefully near his people and enjoy a quiet nap or just a tranquil moment. Candy corn loves come over for a head bump to signal the time for a head scratch session. Candy Corn is best in a home that has sufficient area (i.e. at least the size of one bedroom apartment) for him to play and fulfill his hunting activities. He does enjoy dashing through the house when he's playing hunting. Candy Corn is neutered, microchipped. He has no medical concerns and no special needs.

Not good with dogs, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
My name is Bo Catan, and I’ve already lived one full story. I was found outside with a litter of five tiny kittens, doing my best to keep them safe while hiding from the world myself. I’m a naturally shy girl, and being a mom out in the open was scary. But I never gave up on them. All five of my babies were adopted into loving homes. While they found their happy endings, I stayed behind with the kind people at California Cat Rescue, slowly learning that not all humans are something to fear. They’ve been so patient with me, and because of that, I’ve blossomed into a loving, quiet companion with so much to give. I’m about 3 years old now. I still have a gentle, cautious nature, but once I trust you, I absolutely live for cuddling on the couch and letting my silly side come out. I get the zoomies, I flop over for attention, and I turn into the softest little shadow by your side. I just need a little time and patience to adjust, and then I’ll be yours completely. I’d do well as your only cat, especially if you're looking for a calm and cozy bond, but I also get along just fine with other gentle cats. Bullies are not my thing, but kind kitty friends are always welcome. I gave everything I had to raise my kittens. Now it’s my turn to be loved and cared for. I’m ready for my forever home, my soft couch, and my fairy tale ending. Maybe it starts with you.

Story
Hi I am Aria, I'm sweet and shy but very athletic. I'm a marble tabby who really loves belly rubs when taking my 5th nap for the day. I bet you have never seen backflips as smooth as mine, and I might be scared to explore at first, but once I have made sure my environment is safe, there is no stopping me. I usually don't like too many pets since I am an independent Queen, but when it is naptime, I will come to you for cuddles, purrs and kneading biscuits. I love chasing and challenging my brother and best friend Kai. If you have springs, I can play with them for hours. I'm fixed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped! Apply for me today!

Story
Milo is almost 6 years old. His mom was a Maine coon and his dad was orange tabby cat. Milo is very skittish and will hide and you’ll barely see him at all. He will come out when it’s feeding time and will let you pet him occasionally.

Story
We are looking to re home our 1 year gray tabby cat due to health reasons. He is pretty mellow overall; mostly just likes to lounge around on the couch looking at the window all day. Once he bonds with you though, he becomes a little more affectionate. He is a tri pod cat, but he has been able to do everything that a regular cat can do. We don’t have any information as to how he lost his leg except that he was found by local EMTs who took him to a rescue where once he had been medically assessed, they had determined that his leg was no longer viable due to the injury that he had. He does well with children as young as 8, but any younger than that we do not know. He doesn’t scratch or bite- when he is scared he will just run and hide. He has been indoors as long as he has been with us, but he definitely wants to go outside to explore.

Story
Max is a sweet, calm 8-year-old cat (almost 9) who has been part of my life for many years. He is a gentle, affectionate companion who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle. Max is healthy, independent, and prefers a quiet environment where he can lounge comfortably and feel safe. He would do best in a calm, stable home with someone who appreciates a mellow, loving cat rather than a high-energy kitten. Max enjoys having his own space but also likes being near his person and sharing quiet moments together. Rehoming Max has been a very difficult decision, but my priority is finding him a safe, loving forever home where he can receive the care, patience, and stability he deserves. He would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a loyal, gentle cat.
