Story
Meet Samson, a wonderfully calm and nice four-year-old companion whom I was fortunate enough to adopt from a shelter in Milpitas. He possesses a great balance, being quite independent yet still enjoying being around people and following his owner very well. Samson especially enjoys playing with kids, showing his sweet nature. In his new home, I am primarily looking for an owner who can dedicate as much quality time as possible to him, ensuring he gets the attention and companionship he deserves.

Story
My name is Bo Catan, and I’ve already lived one full story. I was found outside with a litter of five tiny kittens, doing my best to keep them safe while hiding from the world myself. I’m a naturally shy girl, and being a mom out in the open was scary. But I never gave up on them. All five of my babies were adopted into loving homes. While they found their happy endings, I stayed behind with the kind people at California Cat Rescue, slowly learning that not all humans are something to fear. They’ve been so patient with me, and because of that, I’ve blossomed into a loving, quiet companion with so much to give. I’m about 3 years old now. I still have a gentle, cautious nature, but once I trust you, I absolutely live for cuddling on the couch and letting my silly side come out. I get the zoomies, I flop over for attention, and I turn into the softest little shadow by your side. I just need a little time and patience to adjust, and then I’ll be yours completely. I’d do well as your only cat, especially if you're looking for a calm and cozy bond, but I also get along just fine with other gentle cats. Bullies are not my thing, but kind kitty friends are always welcome. I gave everything I had to raise my kittens. Now it’s my turn to be loved and cared for. I’m ready for my forever home, my soft couch, and my fairy tale ending. Maybe it starts with you.

Story
We're adopted Wasabi from the Fremont Animal Shelter during Covid time while Wasabi was a kitten, so Wasabi is almost 6 years old now. She is a very sweet and affectionate cat when she's alone with us. But she tends to shy away when her brother Tofu is around. She loves hanging out with the us and kneading. She is better to be raised alone or perhaps with other female cats. Our male cats are too vocal and aggressive causing her to shy away from the public setting. Yes Wasabi is definitely a sweet cat will accompany any time of the day! We're looking for a new home for her so she can receive more attention and love. Also Wasabi is de-flea and vaccinated. We kept our cats super clean.

Story
Simba came to me as a stray kitten dieing from starvation and dehydration I nursed him to health, he used to go out during the day and come back in before dark just by calling his name but on 09/21/22 he got hit by a car and came dragging himself to my door crying I took him in to the emergency vet they did what they could for him sent him home with pain medication I nursed him again and helped him to be able to walk again his back legs were completely useless at that time but now he is doing fine. but now he is so scared to go outside even though he really longs to go out again, he loves to watch through the window he also loves to be pet but doesn’t really like to be picked up. He only likes to eat dry kibble cat food does not like wet can food, I also noticed he tries to be friendly to other cats but other cats do not seem to like him much, he also has been around dogs big, small no problem with dogs it’s takes him a bit to trust people but is very loving.

Story
Looking for a forever home for our cat. While we love him to pieces, my wife and I are no longer can appropriately care for him coming year due to frequent oversea traveling and very likely a need of out of country relocation. 🥺 Gandalf (10-y) is sweet and sassy, loves cuddles, pats and scratches. He is as dog as you can get without having a dog! He's very vocal and knows what he wants (usually attention!). Gandalf is an indoor cat and has been fixed. In summary, Gandalf is a great pet for accompany; you will no longer be lonely. Gandalf is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations with microchipped, no medication, no special dietary needed and has just finished his physical wellness checkup.😊

Story
We are looking to re home our 1 year gray tabby cat due to health reasons. He is pretty mellow overall; mostly just likes to lounge around on the couch looking at the window all day. Once he bonds with you though, he becomes a little more affectionate. He is a tri pod cat, but he has been able to do everything that a regular cat can do. We don’t have any information as to how he lost his leg except that he was found by local EMTs who took him to a rescue where once he had been medically assessed, they had determined that his leg was no longer viable due to the injury that he had. He does well with children as young as 8, but any younger than that we do not know. He doesn’t scratch or bite- when he is scared he will just run and hide. He has been indoors as long as he has been with us, but he definitely wants to go outside to explore.
